Recently had a few little issues with the prime machine I had ordered, (no fault of barber - just a defect with the machine) I called up and spoke to Sam F, who was really helpful, we emailed back and forth, and a pick-up was arranged immediately, my machine was returned and a new one sent out straight away. Sam was brilliant with resolving this issue promptly and very polite, my new machine is spot on, 10/10 customer service. I use barber often for my supplies and will continue doing so, thank you to Sam and the rest of the team for all their help. 🙂

Ich habe hier das erste Mal bestellt,da mir Google diesen Shop als Ergebnis geliefert hat.
Kurz geschaut, Auswahl alles gut soweit, Artikel...Zack bestellt.
Alles geklappt,alles angekommen Paket war unversehrt....
Ich habe mir Griffe bestellt,mit kurzer Haltbarkeit...kleines Geld,für 2 Monate,alles top.
Nach dem auspacken habe ich dann die Artikel gesehen...( Foto)...
Das geht nicht,sorry
Ob Ladenhüter,oder Keller,....
Aber sterile Artikel mit so einer Verpackung...nein!

Really happy with BARBER DTS TEAM, I bought an Acus m1 plus wich was out of stock when I placed the order and Scott and Sam were really helpful all through the procedure, Scott kept me updated via E mail, on when the machine was going to be in stock again etc, really good costumer service, top notch Team .

Niestety nie polecam i więcej nie skorzystam. Maszynka AVA się zepsuła - na zgłoszenie pracownik (zakup poprzez Polską stronę i zgłoszenie na Polski numer infolinii) nawet nie krył się z tym, że to chiński nie naprawialny produkt. Więc skoro firma pozwala sobie na sprzedaż (nie najtańszej) maszynki, gdzie wiedzą, że to tzw. jednorazówka, to nie ma co z nimi współpracować - bo to pokazuje jakie mają podejście do sprzedawanego sprzętu.

First time i have used them and honestly cant fault them. Ups left a card with no contacts, i emailed barber dts and they responded quickly provided me with all the information i needed to chase the parcel. The next day they rang and gave me the information on the parcel and its location. I already had it at this point from the info passed on in the email however it was a nice thing to do for a customer to ensure i had my parcel. I cant fault their service.

Gone down hill. I used to be happy with their service but now, everything’s out of stock most of the time, when you do order it arrives extremely late, and sometimes damaged. We ordered a new chair and paid next day delivery, arrives 2 weeks late damaged and I just accepted it and gave up. Now my apprentice ordered a critical atom XR that’s supposed to be brand new but somehow turns up with no power adapter, absolute joke of a company and we won’t be using again. Shame.
