Las habitaciones muy sucias y nos encontramos con chinches hablamos para q nos cambiaran de cuarto nos cambiaron de cuarto con mi pareja y el mismo problema encontramos chinches sábanas sucias hablamos para la devolución del dinero y nos engañaron que al otro día por q el manager no está disponible al día siguiente fuimos y la manager nos discriminó de forma racista y grosera con muy mala actitud dejo las fotos adjuntas de los chinches q encontramos

The rooms were very dirty and we found bedbugs. We spoke to them to change rooms. They changed our room with my partner and we had the same problem. We found bedbugs and dirty sheets. We spoke to them to get our money back and they deceived us. The next day, because the manager was not available, the next day we went and the manager discriminated against us in a racist and rude way with a very bad attitude. I am leaving attached the photos of the bedbugs that we found.

No lo recomiendo si tienes una familia numerosa el espacio en el cuarto es pequeño y el aire acondicionado es espantoso pasamos una noche con mucho calor porque el cuarto no refresco nunca y tiene un olor un poco desagradable el cuarto como el pasillo la piscina es pequeña pero limpia!

Great location walking distance from the beach and the main street. Complimentary breakfast and coffee was also good and hot. No cooked food all grab and go items but a great variety of options. Staff were very nice and friendly. Rooms are very old. Loud at night and not a cozy feeling. Rooms have fridge and microwave. Decent stay if you need a place to sleep but do not expect anything more.

Decent hotel for the price, especially if you're looking for a place that allows dogs. The major downside is that the rooms are dirty (laminate floors filthy, there were ants in the nightstand drawers, shower had visible black mold) and in poor repair if you take a good look at ceilings, walls, etc.
However, the customer service is great, it was quiet during off-season, and very close to beach.

I would go again, but speak up if room was in same condition, rather than making the best of situation.

It was a pretty pleasant stay, all things considered. Room seemed clean enough, not the best on space but also not claustrophobic. Walls were a bit thin, especially considering it was the pet friendly one. Good thing my dog doesn't bark a lot, but with all the knocking, car doors, etc, he definitely barked some and I was worried about bothering neighbors.

The only thing that was an actual negative, was that the shower seemed to be impacted by other rooms. The water would swing to freezing or scalding every 20-30 seconds. That was the only, truly, unpleasant part of my stay.

The staff was friendly, even jovial. The lady at the front was very courteous and informative. Tried to get breakfast one morning, I think around 9, and I saw some people eating hot food but I didn't see any being served. Overall, a fine couple of evenings.

Parking was pretty accommodating. Could be due to it being the off season for the beach, but it seemed like quite a few spaces and we didn't have to search for a spot.

We walked to the beach each day, it was only a few minutes away, so location was great. Accessibility was spot on for walking my dog right along the shops too, big plus. I wish a few more of those shops were pet friendly, but that's not on the hotel.
