Kelly and Dale were very helpful Quiet Storm is very nice it is so big inside It's on the main strip going toward the beach right near maybe 100 yards to Rehoboth Beach to get everything you would want all kinds of clothes and .gear
Also Everyone there had their masks on so shop there they have 2 floors full

My family shops here every time we are in town…which is often, both during and off season. Always lots of great items in here and the staff is always nice, helpful and just all around awesome.

I’ve never had the experiences I’ve read in some of these negative reviews in the over 5 years my family of 5 has been shopping here.

This is the best Quiet Storm shop in Delmarva - the owners are so friendly and have curated a great inventory. When there’s a sale, the prices are very good (20% off Patagonia on Black Friday!). Love the great selection for men, women and kids. I always check the sale swim rack for great designer bikinis on sale. We find the cutest stuff here; it’s not all logo shirts like in OC.

Would NEVER enter that store! Staff is beyond rude! Showed my veteran status and cashier went into his soap box on how he only thinks the “soldier” should be able to use the discount, not families. My husband was waiting at door. I said nicely that families give up a lot and can also use the veteran benefits. He said that’s abusing it and proceeds to say the only person giving anything up is the soldier himself. He was a very disrespectful human who obviously has no respect for our military or their families! If you respect your military DON’T give this store your money!!!!

This is my guilty pleasure shop because its easy to spend too much money. I have several friends that go here as well. Dont agree with the negative reviews. I always get great help in here. They've guided me to great sale options. Service is friendly. People reviewing based on mask wearing, probably should just stay home if you're so worried.

Such a great shop! We were able to find everything we needed after striking out at a ton of other places earlier this week for rash guards in my size. (I know it's off season, but the zipper on my original one finally bit the dust this past week. ☹️) I was able to find not only a rash guard, but also a new swim suit for myself and my husband for 50% off! They had a great selection of suits, casual clothing, and boards. We will DEFINITELY be making Quiet Storm an annual event for our wardrobe refreshes and will be making our next board purchase from them in the future.

Dale is the sweetest man! I fell in love with a surfboard that was too short for me as a beginner and he tried to warn me, although I told him he wasn’t talking me out of it lol. The board ended up getting chipped at the bottom falling out the trunk and no one caught it the first day I had it and he fixed it the next day! He was very knowledgeable and considerate and I wouldn’t go to any other surfshop. Thank you so much dale, I hope to see you on the water 🙂

Super rude older male worker (with facial hair). Witnessed him rudely telling a father to have his son pick “our merchandise” up off of the floor in the dressing room. There are so many more appropriate ways to address this that are less confrontational and less nasty. This man seemed really genuinely angry about an 11 year old boy dropping some shorts on the floor that his dad was going to buy. And how “big brother” creepy to be watching the floor and feet of ppl in the dressing room and lying in wait for them to drop something on the floor. He should put this extra effort into learning how to speak to customers and how to actually serve and retain them rather than offending them. Making people uncomfortable should not be the agenda. I was going to purchase something and left because the interaction was so appallingly rude.
