I wish I had read the reviews about the LOUD MUSIC that is next door. I live in Chandler and thought it would be fun to stay the weekend in Downtown with all the fun restaurants and bars. The walls here are extremely thin, you can hear the parking garage cars all night and the Club music booms didn't stop until 2:00am. We moved hotels the next day...

I do liked hotel quite a bit. The staff is very friendly. Location is awesome and to be quite honest the service is fantastic too. Staff is very friendly. Love the location. It's simple but very very efficient. Keep it up

Digital check in was available and we were able to check in early at noon.

Parking:
$12 a day in the parking structure but you need a permit from the front desk to park in hotel designated spots. We came home late at 4am one night and there were still plenty of spots. There are free street parking but for safety, we parked in the structure.

Very nice hotel. There’s happy hour at the bar. Looks like there will be an expansion.

We got a basic 2 queen standard room. Has a mini fridge and doesn’t always come with a microwave. You’ll have to request for one but somehow they knew to put one in our room.

It had everything we need like multiple charging outlets, full length mirror. The towels were super soft and fluffy compared to Home2Suites that we stayed at the previous night.

The location was central to the freeway and its downtown Chandler. Many eateries and breweries nearby. Appears to be clean and safe within few blocks only.

Spacious hotel room right in the middle of downtown Chandler, which is super cute with restaurants and bars within walking distance. The downside is that it is loud on the weekends from the music next-door. The walls are also thin, could hear the baby crying next-door. However, the AC wall units help as white noise and bring some earplugs if you were a light sleeper.

Plenty of counters space with a mini closet area with shelving. Microwave and mini fridge included.

A small outdoor pool, breakfast is not included.

Room service is only every other day. Some thing I don’t understand for a Hilton.

Overall, the hotel looks like it is on the newer side and rooms are kept up well.

Complete nightmare. Hotel is next to an all night extremely loud nightclub you can hear the base and every word to every rap song at full volume all night from the hotel rooms. A flea bag 2 star prostitution motel would be a quieter option.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and this will definitely be my last time. I got an email telling me I can check in online and I can pick my own room and open my door digitally with my phone. I tried to do this thru the Hilton app but kept getting an error message. It would have been nice to pick my room since we got stuck in a room near the front across from DTC sports grille which was playing super loud music all night. Not that we would have been able to sleep anyways since the pillows were so flat and the sheets kept coming off the corner of the bed. We could hear people walking loudly above us all night. We both barely slept. We chose to stay at this hotel as a little staycation after our wedding day and we both just had a miserable time. Also not happy that breakfast isn't included in the price of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. That was the only positive part of our stay.

We took a stay-cation and had decided on the Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Chandler and it was our best decision yet. The front desk receptionist, Te’Aira, was absolutely phenomenal and the best hospitality we’ve ever had.

We’re in our early 20’s so the weekend nightlight around the hotel was perfect for us, and even the restaurants and bars had incredible service. It is loud and busy, but we’re heavy sleepers and couldn’t really hear the outside noises around us.

The only thing I would have to complain about was the night receptionist. She was quite rude and dismissive, but we were having too good of a time to really care. Plus, Te’Aira’s service outshined it.

We definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for an area that you don’t have to drive in. We walked everywhere throughout the weekend and didn’t even break a real sweat.

Across the board, from the bartenders to the housekeeping, the service was amazing. We got a king sized room and were shocked at the size and cleanliness. It was only a 2-night stay, but based off our experience this weekend, we will be returning.

The hotel itself is fine, clean, and has a nice location if you want to experience downtown Chandler. We had a corner room close to Pedalhaus brewery. I'm not sure where the loud house music was coming from, but the DJ was out till 1am in the morning. We tried to move rooms, but we're told they didn't have another available. Spending over $300 to be up all night was not what we had in mind, especially since we were there for a soccer tournament. This was our first time in the area and at this hotel. Some notice in advance would be nice. I've stayed in hotels at airports with next to nothing in the way of noise.
