Big Mike was the absolute best! Great customer service as well as an awesome barber. Will be my son’s go to barber for now on. Great with kids my sons first hair was experienced with little big giggles as the clippers were very quiet. Very much recommended! Great location also

I had a GREAT experience! Rodney was very kind and attentive to my demands and concerns. The result was better than I was expecting! Also, he turn on a fire R&B playlist and prepares a relaxing space. I was feeling calm and trusting him 100% . Great conversation, care, attention, professionalism, high quality work and kindness.

This will be my first time doing a google review and this business is worth it. I was looking for black owned barber shops in the central Austin area and came across BL Barbershop. I was in a time crunch and Rodney finished my hair in good time....in addition to an extra service I didn't think we'd have time for. They are quick, professional, and experts at what they do. If you are looking for great service and quality, this is the spot. They also do everything else including pedicures, manicures, etc. Trust me, you will be taken care of here.

I initially came to B. L. Barbershop last year with a friend of mine. Worked out of town for about a year and happened to be scrolling social media and contacted the shop for a haircut. When I spoke with the owner I realized I had been there before. I remembered how courteous and professional it was on my first visit. So, I scheduled an appointment. I’ve been going since. They also have women that style all grades of hair. I recommend a visit for anyone that’s looking for a barber or hair stylist that hasn’t found the right one yet. And even for the ones that need a backup.
