An employee asked me to let him know how the whipped sunscreen worked out as he has not tried it when I came in on 7/21. It is a great product and even can be used on the face as after a few minutes it absorbs well and does not leave a whitecast at all

A guy name Caleb @ Mountain High Outfitters on College Street in Auburn, Alabama is Awesome. Caleb knows how to treat not just customers but people. I had surgery done on my foot. He recommended comfortable shoes. Mountain High Outfitters should show Caleb appreciation for the great job he does. Can not say enough about him. I was in Auburn from out of town and popped in to purchase a tshirt with the store’s logo as a souvenir for my son who is a big outdoors guy. I immediately asked about where I could find a store logo shirt and a young lady who was “busy” putting up a display sent me to the ladies area. Once I got to that area, it was not clear if the shirts were organized by long sleeve vs short sleeve so I asked a young lady at the front counter if certain shelves had the long sleeve vs the short sleeve. She had not noticed me standing there because her view was blocked by another young man (also an employee) who was leaning in toward her at the counter. She was basically clueless regarding the shirts and could not answer the question and had no interest in helping me. I know I was only shopping for a shirt but I felt very unappreciated as a customer.

Had an excellent shopping experience! Nick was super knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping me find the perfect tennis shoes. You don't see that kind of customer service very much anymore and i am very grateful.

Nick is the god of shoes, knows the products and will fit you with the perfect shoe for your problem feet and intended use. Last person half as knowledgeable that fit me in a shoe was the retired track coach for Duke. He suggested I try a shoe I never would have picked and my feet were instantly grateful. Go ask him about the 0 lift that takes the weight off the ball of the foot. The clothing in store is accommodating in fit, style, a good cross between athletic and casual and has been the right choice for me for years.

Went in looking for shirts and a jacket for my son. Wondered up to the shoe section and found a lot with Carter’s great help! We thought the sales associate said it was 30% off for the shoes but I guess we misunderstood. The signs on the hat rack said “buy one hat, get one free.” When we checked out, they all rang up full price. Turns out the two hats we bought were excluded from the promotion. There was no signage near the hats or checkout that stated this. The checkout had a sign that said “BOGG bags, Carhart and yeti are excluded from promotions.” The two hats we purchased were NorthFace and Patagonia. When we went back to ask about it, the guy looked up the shoes online like we were lying about it. Then they told us the two hats we bought were excluded. I love the store and the products, but the signage needs to be clearer.

Great customer service. I visited shortly after 10 a.m. and the young man that helped me went the extra mile to find what I was looking even suggesting a different store. I will definitely shop there again.
