I went to Party Wow to look for cellophane Christmas bags. However, I walked past three employees who looked right at me, looking disgusted that I entered their store. Since they are African American and I am a white girl, it appears that the problem was the color of my skin. However, I do appreciate the one employee who greeted me at the back of the store. Oddly enough, she is a white girl.

Although I did find some quality, reasonably priced cellophane bags that were red with white polka dots, I chose to purchase them online through Amazon, instead of in the store. Primarily, I chose to purchase the bags anywhere else but this store because of the lack of customer service that I received in the store. Also, my family has various races (all of the human race), so we don't support establishments that display any mannerisms that seem racist.

I encourage these employees to get past this racism and welcome everyone into the store. Thanks, and have a Merry Christmas!

I needed a last minute wig for my Halloween costume. I found three promising options. Before purchasing, I asked the cashier about their return policy. She told me anything can be returned as long as it’s unopened. She said I was free to take the wigs home to decide what looks best and return what I didn’t need. I returned the next day to return two of the wigs (unopened as instructed). I was told that the items were nonrefundable. The manager was unapologetic and offered no service recovery even though her employee (the day prior) told me incorrect refund and return information. I asked for possibly a partial refund or store credit but was told “No.” I left very disappointed and will now shop at other stores for all my party needs.

Amazing experience. Came in during the hectic Texas game. Had last minute decorations we needed Inflated and Mrs. Keshia and Mrs Ashley took time out of their busy day to help us. We need more friendly and professional people like this working in our community!
