The place was very clean and there were a whole lot of different varieties of costumes to choose from and a whole lot of animatronics to choose from as well, the people were very nice and helpful as well. The price for different costumes was very reasonable

. My grandson wanted to be Jason Voorhees, so my son purchased a 75.00 costume for him. He didn't try it on except for the mask and it was made of paper and ripped immediately. No problem, I bought him one at Walmart and painted it to be like the one he wanted. Bless his heart he got his costume out of the bag last night to put everything on to see how it looked and the costume itself was a zombie costume. Never again will we buy from them.

I had high hopes when I purchased an expensive costume for my husband from Billy Bob's. I had asked, prior to purchasing, "What if it doesn't fit my husband," and I was told, "We don't do refunds, but we could definitely exchange it."

When it didn't fit him, I drove over an hour back to the store only to be told that they couldn't do anything because the owner wasn't there. When I asked what I should do, they had no answer. I asked if I could leave my name and number for the owner to contact me, but I haven't heard from him. I'm just severely disappointed, out $235, and wish someone acted like they cared.

I bought an inflatable costume for my son for Halloween a few weeks back. We got it home, he wanted to try it on, so put batteries in the fan & flipped the switch & nothing happened. Called the store, the lady put me on hold to ask the owner if I could bring it back to swap out the fan & I was told only if I come back that same day. Before we made the trip out again, I decided to try another set of batteries & it seemed to work.
Fast forward to Halloween night, we hadn’t touched the costume since that day. I bought a brand new pack of batteries specifically for the costume. Put it together, flip the switch & what do you know! It didn’t work. Had several people play around with the fan to see if they could get it to work. Never did. Over priced & junk. Customer service is awful. I’m joining the horde of all the others in this review section & never going back.

Great store Billy is a awesome guy! Also the haunt was amazing for some back lot haunt. I didn't expect it to be that good:) I really enjoyed myself!! You should go here and you will have a great time!

Awesome Halloween store, costumes and home decor. A bit pricey and the home decor room scared my three year old just be warned. Awesome mask and costumes but again it's not cheap. Kids costumes are about 30 dollars and up and adults costumes are 40 and up.

Overcharged me by $11 claiming it to be tax when both outfits were $30 a piece. Bought two outfits for $60 and was charged $76. Be on the lookout when buying from them!! Won’t ever go back!

Had the confederate flag flying high and proud from the ceiling upon entry and a sign on the door being condescending towards mask wearers and people generally weary of the pandemic we are experiencing currently. Not my vibe. Turned around and walked right back out.
