So many good things to review about this beauty supply store I don't know where to begin! Customer service is above and beyond Ms. Sharon is so pleasant and kind as well as her daughters, no matter who is at the register just know you will receive the ultimate in customer service! This store has many options to choose from the layout of the store makes it easy to locate items and of course any questions you may have they will get answered. I never leave out without buying something! You will find something different something unique when you visit the store each time. A purse I purchased from the store was very cute and I received sooo many compliments on it and I pointed them to 3 Daughters. The wig selection is the best. 3 Daughters has plenty to offer and I am never disappointed when I visit.

This is my favorite beauty supply store. It is so refreshing to have African American women waiting on you that can relate to your skin and hair needs from a personal perspective. The employees were both patient and helpful.

Says open till 7 online for them to tell us they close at 6 when we walk in at 6:03 but one cashier said we could look around for a few and so we did. The janitor then says “no we really have to close can yall please hurry it up”. It’s too empty in there for somebody to be as rude and WRONG about the time your shop closes. Keep the right times updated and be nicer. This is exactly why especially in the south black people don’t support other black businesses. Literally zero customer service. If yall were going to let us stay to actually look for a few, be on the same accord and not one of yall telling us to leave. Professional goes a long way and yall ain’t that. The sign is up in the sky way about the door most people aren’t about to break they neck chin the sky to read and paper sign. “Wet floor” sign on the door is the only sign very appreciated but what about the business hours at eye level please!? Lastly, if yall were actually closed LOCK THE DOORS. That’s what ongoing businesses do especially after closing at their correct time posted (7:00pm) and i’m pretty sure it’ll be updated soon enough to match the store hours that the they said verbally (6:00pm)

My experience in the store was amazing. The owner was very inviting and helpful. I had a few questions regarding products to help enhance the curl pattern of my natural hair and she was very informative and even had a chart with product recommendation for your curl pattern. And when I told her I was a military member stationed in Japan she offered international shipping of any hair care products I may need that I can not find in my location. I recommend this store to anyone who wants a beauty supply store that really caters and cares for each individual customer to shop here!

Mrs Sharon was amazing. Her warm aura is unmatched. She makes you feel so comfortable like you’re right at home. I was looking for a last minute braided and she called a few hairstylist for me. Now that’s going above and beyond for your customers. Thank you so much. When I’m back in town, I’ll be sure to visit.

Let me just start off with the most important factor. . CUSTOMER SERVICE. First time visiting this beauty supply, as I entered I was immediately greeted by a young lady with a beautiful smile. When I say she is exactly what her name is a Jewel! Very sweet, respectful and professional. She is truly a Jewel! The store is very clean and had a nice selection of products. I was very pleased and will definitely be visiting again.
