I was in the area craving sushi and decided to stop by Sakura Japanese Sushi & Steak House. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the restaurant’s aesthetic. The decor was inviting, and the goldfish pond at the entrance added a nice touch of charm.

Seating and Menu:

I was seated immediately, which was a great start to my experience. The menu offered a wide variety of hibachi and sushi options, which was pleasing to see. While everything looked tempting, I decided to focus on sushi and ordered the Yummy Roll and the Fantastic Roll.

Food:

Both rolls were exceptional. The rice had the perfect consistency, and the flavors in each roll were well-balanced and delicious. The presentation was also top-notch, showing great attention to detail.

Service:

My server was attentive and friendly throughout my visit, ensuring I had everything I needed. Their attentiveness really elevated the dining experience.

The most authentic, incredibly delicious sushi we have had since we moved to Alabama. Their vast a la carte menu features ACTUAL squid and tako which are two of my favorite proteins.
The service we received was professional, polite, and attentive.
This is definitely our new go-to spot for sushi.

This place is one of my favorites that me and my friends come to. The food is always fantastic and the service even better! I couldn’t ask for better service! If you want a good place to eat with friends or family come here. No matter what you get comes with so much and makes wonderful leftovers. The people here are so sweet.

Food was awesome service was even better. Thanks to Paris for an amazing job. She really took her time and helped us through the whole experience. Everything that Paris recommended was perpared beautifully. Definitely a great date night vibe.

Noone geets you when you come in and will just walk by you as if you aren't there. Finally when someone acknowledged me standing there she asked "phone number". Food was horrible as well. 4 pieces of steak and 4 scallops for 28 bucks...no taste other than being a couple days old. Definitely won't be back.

Authentic Hibachi Style Japanese Restaurant
Excellent service and food is always delicious and cooked to order! The price isnt bad either! From the sushi selection to the lunch specials the menu is broad and diverse and extremely tasty! If i could give it 10 stars I would. Very clean and fresh environment!
