I ordered one of their items, a waist pack, in July 2024. At the time of my order, the item was listed as being in stock. After placing my order, I received an email telling me the item was on backorder, however my credit card was charged immediately. After ten weeks of waiting, I sent a query for status and received a reply that the waist pack would be shipped immediately. It would appear that they lost track of the backorder; I don’t know when the item was actually back in stock. While they made it right in the end, it was disappointing having to wait eleven weeks until October to receive my purchase.

This company is scamming people through Amazon. I bought an electric bear fence, opened the package, stuck three posts into the ground and realized that it was of very poor quality (there was one plastic holder missing from the package). I returned the package the same day and submitted a request for a refund. Two months of inventing reasons not to return the money. Every call to the company with no results, and every time I would be answered by an extremely rude and rude employee. In the end, they didn't even refund my money and kept the returned product - which is robbery. In their conditions on Amazon, it says that the restocking fee is up to 50%, but they kept 100% from me. I will write reviews every day until their score drops to 1, which they deserve for being robbed. An angry backpacker from Europe who experienced something unimaginable in a legally regulated country with this company. Shame on you for robbing people!
In the explanation, they stated that the product was destroyed. Here are the photos that were taken before the product was returned. The only "damage" I did was a half-unwound string and some dirt on the stake. Most of the parts are not even unpacked from the bag as you can see.

I ordered a specific type of ammo and I was sent something completely different. The order states what I ordered but for some reason another type was sent. Email after email and no response. Will not order from here again buyer beware.
