I had never heard of this site and was nervous, but willing because of the price points. I received exactly what I ordered in perfect condition. From the time I ordered til it hit my front door was literally less than a week. Will definitely order from them again!

I ordered these on Sunday for my sons party this weekend on the 25th they arrived today was so fast!
Had everything I ordered with it and looks great!!
I’m giving three stars only because I ordered all signs and a little disappointed they couldn’t of just a little bigger package so it wasn’t all bent but other than that very pleased with my order!!!

If you need supplies for a party you should definitely check out Birthday direct. I ordered from them on Sunday 6/5 and received everything today 6/8. The party supplies were much cheaper here than they were anywhere else for the exact same things. Everything was great quality. They also have supplies for graduations and weddings. I am super happy with my order and will be ordering from them again!

I placed an order with birthday direct and received all updates via email. Once I received the package, part of my order was damaged in transit. I emailed the company and they immediately responded that they were sending a replacement. Within three days of my email, I received the replacement product. Amazing company and customer service. I will definitely use them again!

Avoid! Ignore any good reviews and the bogus BBB rating on this company! The BBB will give any firm that pays them $ an A+ rating. I ordered product from them and they charged my card. Over two weeks later, the goods were not shipped. I contacted them via email and phone. No reply was ever given. I disputed the charge with my cc company, but to date no one from this retailer has contacted me to apologize. I was fortunate that the only thing I have lost is time. Do business elsewhere.

10/2/2018: Follow Up -- A representative of Birthday Direct in Muscle Shoals AL called my cell phone yesterday to apologize. In the call he referred to my negative Google review, but no one from this seller ever replied to any of my emails about the whereabouts of my order. He acknowledged that they have had some issues but did not elaborate. Note that the owner's original reply below (left a few days ago) indicates that I may not have placed my order at Birthday Direct's website. Regardless I have the order summary and charge detail from my cc clearly indicating the seller as Birthday Direct in Muscle Shoals AL. As well, how do they have my cell phone number if I had not placed an order with them? As for the BBB, one of the owners of this business is (or has been) on the board of the local BBB. This is why buyers should not blindly trust the BBB.

Birthday Direct offers a super easy and convenient way to get party supplies at great prices!
The process was also really quick!
I arrived a few minutes late to pick up my order and the employees that I spoke with went out of their way to help me (even though it was time for them to go home)!

I ordered my son's birthday stuff from here and I got it the next day with FREE SHIPPING! I accidently placed a duplicate order and it was so easy to get the second ordered cancelled. Everything I got is exactly what the description said it would be so im very pleased! I would highly recommend this place.
