The security sucks sitting in a chair, feet up, and playing on her phone. Was unable to get a tag because name was signed where it was supposed to be printed. Why does it matter as long as it’s on there.

Everytime I attempted to do it online, several yrs in a row, it will not let me. It locks me out and I make the trip to tag office. Obviously, bc of COVID-19, lines are longer. They have enclosed the partial walk with metal and glass. I got there at 3:30ish and got in line...it was backed up. I stood outside enclosed while it was it 90° degrees and sweated so bad. I waited to be flagged inside. It was cooler inside but not that much. By this time it was 3:45-3:50ish. They have designated stations. I understand people want to socialize when bumping into people, they haven't seen in awhile but please don't do it in line. Other people are waiting anxiously to check out. A pair stood there for 10mins talking small talk and not moving along. I find that to be disrespectful and lack of empathy for others waiting. Eventually, they separated. I went to the renewal station and she checked me out. It could have went quicker but she got distracted by another station and that customers problem. I stood there for add'l 5mins, listening to why a customer was asking about a specific charge to her account. The lady sat in her chair listening to it. I was hot, sweaty, and just ready to get my sticker already. I opted for cash bc they charge a ridiculous % to use a credit/debit card. She had me my paperwork but bc of the glass and length of table in front, I couldn't make out what she said bc of the conversations taking place. I said am I done, when I grabbed my papers? She couldn't hear me either. She said your finished have a nice day. I said Thank you and out the door I went! It was now 4:15ish p.m. It used to not be that way....but obviously bc of COVID-19 things have changed! I'll keep going back every year to endure it. I went at the end of the month on the last day! Of course, I'm sure it doesn't matter what day I go....Ill get stuck in line again. They have a window with a speaker and drawer, on the outside of building. Maybe they can utilize that with just renewals next year. Hope this helps!

The building was very outdated, not really clean. The lady was coughing really bad, which she shouldn't have been at work. I was very uncomfortable with her cough, and covid going around! Other than that she was polite and helpful

No disabled or handicapped courtesy. Disabled and walk with a cane. I stood in line for well over an hour. I could hardly walk and had tears in my eyes by the time it was my turn. Once my turn came I asked if they offered any kind of courtesy for people who cant stand for such long periods of time. I was told no. The worker did say that I should have asked another patron to hold my spot for me. That sometimes that works. WOW. Then instead of allowing me to transfer my handicap from previous state. They wanted a local doctor to fill out a form. Double WOW. I spent a week having to park so far from locations that I ended up bedridden for several days.

Received a phone call today in regards to my tag renewal. Was given a number to call back; however, the line which I was told to call back is for "informational use" only and no one answers the phone. I called back within minutes of receiving the original call. Please consider having an additional line that can be answered to address calls that people are returning when they have been asked to return a phone call.

Cierra was very knowledgeable and helpful. The wait want very long either. All the workers were working hard to get the customers waited on quickly.
