Outstanding customer service! The owner Brian answer multiple emails starting on Thanksgiving day and following days after that. Not only was it a holiday but probably the busiest time of year for them and Brian still managed to not just answer my questions but went above and beyond providing additional information that helped me make an informed decision and save money. shipping times were extremely fast and they have the best pricing I could find anywhere. Had the best deal on a new pistol I was looking for, although it arrived with significant scratches. A simple glance at the pistol would have caught this before it shipped. I can't help but assume that they may be selling blems as new. They directed me to handle it with the manufacturer since I already took possession from my FFL.

My First Time buying from Family Firearms found a sweet deal on Black Friday. I order an LPVO for Christmas ? and it was taken or missing from my front door when I got home. Luckily I added the shipping protection and I email support team. Jessica VP of opposition contacted me and was extremely helpful and responsive assisting me. 10/10 will be shopping here more often.

I'm not sure what the deal is with some miserable people leaving stupid, negative, 1-star feedback about this wonderful business, but I've been dealing with Sonnie and John (JP), for years! And I've never had a single problem and/or issue come up. Ever! JP is so thorough, helpful, prompt at responding to emails, down to earth, very knowledgeable, and super accommodating on every single level. These guys treat me like family! As far as credit card fees are concerned, take a close look at what's gone on in the world of restaurants charging more when you pay with credit cards vs. cash. You can't blame Family Firearms if credit card fees have gotten way out of control, much like everything else (food prices, mortgage rates, car insurance, etc.). I've done business with one of the largest online retailers in America, who everyone knows the name of (hint... in Kentucky), and this business blows them away, by a mile, as far as selection, customer service, respect, competitive pricing, and their staff and ownership being truly caring, considerate, compassionate, and nice people. I'm a picky person, and it usually takes an awful lot to impress me, but after doing business with Family Firearms once or twice, I would never give business to any other online retailer! They have almost all 5-star reviews across the board... And very much deserved. But I guess some people can't be pleased no matter how good something is, because their lives are miserable, and they will always find something to complain about. Enthusiastically recommended to those who know the difference between just "ok" and outstanding, this clearly being the latter of the two! A+++++

I have made many purchases from Family Firearms. Both in person, and online. I’ve never had one single bad experience as the staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I can’t remember if they have an in house Armorer, because I’ve never had an issue. Most, would need to be directed to the Manufacturer, I would think. Anyway, I support this business and definitely recommend it.

This outfit used to be one of my favorite places to shop but not anymore. Apparently something recently has changed in the management or something like that. Sonnie always was a decent guy to deal with but it would appear he possibly has changed ownership or is not into the management anymore. Regardless, something definitely has changed. Not only are they now charging credit card fees but they also seems to be sneaky about it by inconspicuously posting a pretty vague notice about it on the back page of their website which already is cumbersome to navigate. Never had that happen to me on several past orders. They also were being very defensive and not willingly to help resolve this surprise for one of their loyal repeat customers which really speak volume about their current business model. Needless to say they have just lost a loyal customer for the rest of lifetime. I don’t care if credit card fee is becoming common or not, this is not how an ethical business should layout a website like theirs. Apparently my credit card company agreed too.

In addition, it would appear they recently have removed their contact information that was posted on their website which seems rather shady. No email, no phone, no physical address clearly visible (not easily found) on their website which would be pretty difficult for their online customers to contact should there be any issues. Why would any decent business pull a stint like that? Fortunately I still had Sonnie’s old email address from my previous communications; however, it no longer is him answering the emails as his name no longer appears in the signature line.

Stumbled across this small business while searching the internet. I was price shopping for a new firearm, and they had the best price by far!

They said that the item was in stock at one of their distributors, and could take 12 to 15 days to ship...

I placed the order on Thursday (Oct 24th), and it was at my FFL on Wednesday (Oct 30th)! 8 days, from order to delivery! Packaging was very good, firearm was in great shape, and I could not be happier!

Just what I wanted, very fast shipping, and a great price! What more could you ask for? Highly recommended!
