I come here once or twice a year. I usually buy 4 pairs of boots I wear them year round. They need a large selection of women's boots and need some wide calf options or boots with a very deep V at the opening(Laredo has some great options for wide calf). I would buy more. Staff is somewhat helpful but not overly. They are the best option for boots in our area. I love western boots.

Enjoyed shopping here and had a good selection to choose from for men's boots and clothes. Women's boots selection isn't as big as men's. Also couldn't find the size I wear on many of the options. I wear a large size shoe so that's a normal occurrence.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. After purchasing a pair of boots I wore them to the truck and in the house and decided they were too big. I asked before leaving the store if I decided they was to big could I return them and they told me yes so the next day I went to swap them for a smaller size they told me I couldn’t return them because I wore them out of the store. So there went 220 dollars don’t waste your money here.

I have shopped at Ervins for 10 years for my work boots but they have lost a customer. The Irish Setter work boot that I got from Ervins are not 2 months old and for some reason the sole has separated!I was told it looks like it was cut and they could send them off for further evaluation. I can not go with out steel toes at my job so I told them that they lost a customer. All I wanted was to replace the pair.NO MONEY!!!!!!Beware off your purchase from them.

Hier bekommt man eine riesen Auswahl an Boots und Kleidung für Work and Western. War schon mehrfach hier und bin jedes Mal fündig geworden. Dieses Mal habe ich einen Stetson Cowboy Hut aus Leder ergattert. Super Preise und sehr nettes Personal. Einen Einkauf kann ich hier nur empfehlen. Ich komme gerne wieder zu Erwin's.

Doesn’t matter that I spend tens of thousands of dollars in this store every year. Anyone should walk in and get the same service. This weekend crew is trash. Saturday 9/23/23. 5 employees and not a bit of service. Still spent $350 before I got sick of it and left because I drove 30min to shop there. I’ll order the rest of the gear I need for my Wyoming work trip online or stop by Academy. If you don’t want to work weekends get a bank job or just stay home. To end on a positive note. Van and the week day crew are awesome.
