I recently visited bbb fashion for the first time in a while and my experience was phenomenal. The store's layout is really inviting and the selection of clothing is both trendy and super high-quality. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great style advice without being overbearing, this alone is a 10/10 for me. I left with several pieces that I absolutely love and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend bbb fashion for a fantastic shopping experience! 🙂

My mom just left about 30 minutes ago and was completely humiliated by the employee!!! My mom bought some shoes and as she was walking out of the store and started beeping they rushed my mom. Tryna to search her , she dumped her purse out completely and the workers searched her items !! Making it seem like she was stealing .MY MOM IS BLACK WOMAN !! THATS unacceptable!! Anyways my mom returned the items and got her money back for being treated so unfairly !!!! IF YOUR BLACK Don’t SHOP HERE

I went here today for my daughter’s birthday and spent over $100. The lady rubbed my items over the magnet to deactivate the security strip and said it should be fine. The door went off when I walked out. We walked back in and I asked the lady who scanned my bags if she needs to look on my bag. She was looking dead at me while I was talking and just turned around. I said I guess it’s not a big deal and walked out. This other lady came out after me and said she needed to check the bag. I told her I asked the other women and she didn’t respond. They repeatedly tapped my bag over the magnet tile. I said it must not be anything stolen. Then the lady said she needed to hand me my bag outside. This is what they do when they don’t want you to steal. First I paid a lot of money in this store, their store isn’t functioning properly, I felt like I was stereotyped, and they lost a loyal customer. I own a salon and buy my supplies here and send my customers here. I will no longer use or refer to this store
