Wouldn't recommend doing here. The person who did mine was the old guy with the beard. This was my first tattoo and I was worried and wanted my boyfriend to stand nearby so that I can talk to him and the person who was doing my tattoo told him no. From the moment I was in there to the moment I left it was maybe 30 minutes, my tattoo was clearly not very big but he seemed to be in a giant rush and that just stressed me out more. The heart on my tattoo barely even looks like a heart! The process wasn't super painful but overall it looks patchy and deformed and he could've been not AS rude, definitely going to have to get my tattoo touched up somewhere else, like White Rabbit.

The man that's operating the shark was not to be shared (I'm the original artist that drew it up one night drunk and high in Tennessee motel room) watching shark week (I made a deal with Ed's son who put it on my arm 7 yrs ago not to share with no one) so now im wondering how many have been done. I've always trusted gulf coast tattoo and have always had them do my tats but now I'm Leary of them . I have drawn up a couple more for them to do and was going to send them an email to schedule a meeting time but now I just don't know

Went for a simple design and he took the time to add details and definition. Price was very reasonable and he did great for how much my boyfriend moved from the pain. Super impressed.

Absolutely love this place took my 18 year old daughter to Ed he was awesome as always highly recommend Ed very reasonable on prices clean two that my husband and I got from Gulf Coast you can say my whole family goes here

Electric Ed is the best. From his gruff stand off first impression to the big smile at a proud finished product. He gave me my first tattoo years ago and gave my boys theirs recently. Light hand and clean lines! Very clean shop. They don’t make old school like Ed anymore

Terrible!! Steve was the absolute rudest person I have ever met. Went in to get matching tattoos and he told us where we wanted them was dumb and that it wouldn’t come out good. So I switched tattoos and was trying to explain to him what I wanted and he was rolling his eyes at me trying to tell me what I WANTED. Then told my mother she was “irritating him” because she asked a few questions. Would not ever recommend!

The shop was super clean and I loved the artwork that covered the walls but the guy dug hard on my arm and didn't really give me time to do what I wanted for my husband's tattoo. It was like he was in a rush and being a tattoo artist time needs to be taken into consideration.
