This isn't a flea market, this is a place that really needs demolished an have something new brought in. Only a couple stores up front, there's a chain link fence that goes in front of tables where flea market used to be an then there are campers setup on other side of that. Not good place for someone to live either. I'd say level it an clean up, then put something that will be enjoyable to visit an checkout on weekends. Right now if you wanna go to a flea market, you gotta go to mobile or Florida!! Mobile is ? great, lots to look at,big area an great food!!

New owner great managers. They are starting to clean it all up tomorrow and booth rent is the cheapest around even less than mobile and Pensacola. Opening May 5th so come see what it's all about. I will be having Boiled Peanut, ice cream bars,drinks and water til the cafe is rebuilt. Come find something you can't live without.

This is not a flea market anymore! The back half, which is fenced off from the front, is a RV type residential area, there are no vendors, except 1 or 2. One has a shop that is in a building and I believe the other is a storage shed retailer. My whole point of going was a Marketplace post and it was to the 1 shop. She does have some cool things and I did end up buying more than what I originally went to purchase! Very nice, friendly lady, Stephanie. But still, don't expect a flea market here! It's basically abandoned and it shows!!

After a long stint of quietly collecting dust the Summerdale Flea Market is coming back to life under the new owner and manager. Seemingly overnight it is a whole different place and attracting both new vendors and ones who had previously given up on it. Tension fills the air as this market sits on the cusp of regaining it's formerly glory and potentially becoming one of the biggest attractions around once again.

My husband and I were vacationing nearby. We were headed to the beach, but saw the flea market sign and decided to pull in. We weren't impressed, and decided not to get out. But my husband, a bona fide tool freak, noticed a little building, called the Tool Barn, Tool House or something like that. Naturally, he slammed on brakes, and insisted that we go in. My husband bought a set of Snap-on wrenches at half price. It was wall-to-wall tools, mostly American-made. Plus, I found some old CorningWare and Guardian Ware. Boy, were we surprised! The old man that owns it was a hoot! Stayed in there for an hour!

Graceland sheds and outbuildings, one of the best construction methods I have seen. Prices are competitive and delivery and set-up are included.
