I've bought several things here over the last 3 years and have been super pleased. They have a great selection, with quality pieces at good prices. The sales people I've worked with have all been super helpful and accommodating abs delivery guys very respectful. Ask for Cindy, the store manager. She helped me to get the living room I want!! This is my go-to furniture store in North Alabama!

I'm giving it two stars because initially when I came in everything was clear and you felt welcomed. However IF you buy something please don't feel rushed and READ your paperwork regardless if they are about to close.

I brought (purchased using their credit/differed, interest of 12 months same as cash) and when I came in and said I would need to cancel my order that I hadn't received yet and scheduled to be delivered because I was moving overseas I was made aware about a return/exchange policy of 7 days. My first time hearing the sales person say something about this upon my request and was told it was on the back of the paper you signed .

So although I technically have not received the items and they are still here in the store you can not cancel the order because of the 7 days. I don't know what to do at this point because the furniture will not fit where I'm going and all they basically could do was look at be and say sorry and we can push the delivery date back.

Talk about customer service and talking care of customers ? and here I am telling people to go and see them because of the very thing that made me feel comfortable.

Anyway hope there was a better outcome and I have to figure out how to navigate or comprehend this.

Hoping they can make this right but if you choose to buy something from here just be aware of the 7 days and or ask those questions you don't think about and hope you get a better and quick answer of "NO".

There are so many options of style and price at Reflections. I was very pleased with their selections and was able to make a decision immediately because their prices were the best I had found PLUS their customer service is exemplary. I have purchased (and had delivered) furniture on two separate occasions. Alexis and Cindy were helpful and friendly. Delivery Guru's Anderson and Chris were prompt and professional - - not to mention patient - - when delivering the furniture. I did not see any rolling of their eyes when asked to move the sofa two inches to the right.
Reflections will be my go-to store for future furniture/lighting purchases!

Absolutely amazing experience with this top notch team of designers. Mary, Gloria and Cindy were very knowledgeable about the products we purchased. Exceptional in helping me design and blend the colors I wanted to use. Friendly down home people who made you feel like family instead of just another customer.

Ordering and delivery was quick and easy. The delivery guys were very helpful and patient with my undecidedness of placement of my items.

Reflections gets 5+ stars from us! Highly recommend!!

This was my first purchase with Reflections and I am extremely pleased with every aspect of my experience. The moment I stepped in the door I was greeted by the nicest employee named Cindy. She provided a wealth of information about sofas...brands, durability, fabrics, warranty info, etc and best of all, she listened carefully to what I was looking for & showed me many options in a variety of price ranges. Cindy helped me every step of the way to find the perfect sofa! There was a question about a sofa cushion so she provided EXCELLENT customer service went out of the way to remedy the situation. The delivery was an exceptional experience as well. Reflections delivered our sofa an hour before they were due, were very friendly and professional and made sure we were happy with the sofa before they left. I have bought furniture for several houses over 30 years, and have NEVER had such a wonderful, pleasant and easy experience anywhere else. Reflections is the first place I will go the next time I need any quality furniture. You can not beat their selection, prices and customer service!!!

This is one of the ONLY furniture stores where you can buy off the floor and leave with furniture that day! Of course you can order amd wait, and or get a much more customized piece of furniture. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. We have just about completely furnished our home from this store. We have shopped a number of stores throughout the Tennessee valley, but this is the BEST!

Store is nice with quality furniture. Customer service was non-existent. No one greeted us or offered assistance. Two Caucasian women came in and were greeted and offered assistance. We are a mixed couple looking to furnish a couple of rooms, but we'll spend our money elsewhere.
