I have been doing business with Anderson Ford since late 2023, and I cannot say one negative thing about them, yet ; ). I purchased a 2010 F-150 from them which has turned out to be a great investment so far. All the people I have dealt with have been professional with a good sense of humor (which they needed with me). Recently met George Garcia (Service Advisor) who so graciously advised me I was not charged for an oil change that was covered by my Basic Care plan...and he did what he could to help me afford my recent maintenance bill. They play rock n' roll music in the waiting area which is pretty cool, and they have a shuttle to drop you off / pick you up when your vehicle is ready; how sweet it is! [H.Perkins]

We were visiting the Hoover Dam and headed back to Williams when our 2015 F250 6.7 broke down. Not a great situation to be in. We had our truck towed in to Anderson late in the evening, the Diesel Techs were gone for the day, but service advisor Ron told me they would get on it first thing in the morning and make it a priority and they did! Their Diesel Techs Julio and Jared did an outstanding job on diagnostics and narrowed it down to the low pressure fuel pump. Replaced it and had us out there and back on our way. Very capable Diesel Techs and knowledgeable with the aftermarket products that are sold for these trucks. So if your traveling I-40 near Kingman and have issues with your Ford diesel, call Anderson Ford and ask for Service Advisor Ron.

I would given 5 starts except for dealing with Lacey, she is very mean and rude when dealing with her. The overall service did a great job but Lacey is mean. However Phil and the entire sales department were truly awesome 10/10 they went above and beyond. I highly recommend anderson ford kingman sales.

They took over an issue I had with another dealership. It was handled promptly, professionally, and the fix cost less than half of what the other place was going to charge. Plus, they picked up my car in LHC and delivered it back to me when the job was completed. Excellent service!

Had major repairs done recently and they did a great job. Anderson even gave me a nice loaner vehicle (with a generous mileage allotment) since they knew they’d have my car for a few days. So glad I decided to go with Anderson. My service rep, George, has always been accommodating, extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. The staff who handled the loaner is the best. Such excellent service all around. So good to have trust and confidence in the people taking care of my vehicle.
