Dude woke my up at 5 am told me to park in the front with my rv tiny class c rv but there is nowhere n I go. Go to loves if you don’t want to be up at 5am with a flashlight. Exhausted from driving and already moved twice due to lack of spots. Rv sign points that way to lure to their gas pumps. Crooks @ ridiculous prices as well.

Well, let’s just say the woman at the counter who took care of me started off very courteous moved my purchases from one into the counter to the other and at that point things kind of went south. I scanned my Maverik Rewards card and she said there were no rewards on there. I questioned her as to why, and her response was that she had no idea. I indicated to her that I had just fueled up. I once again asked her how come the points didn’t show up from the fueling and she said she couldn’t tell me and made a comment that may be work there and teach them. I just think that this was unappropriate for somebody in a service position at the counter. I also told her that if I were to work there, I would be detailed enough to know things that are as common as the rewards card basically. She also indicated that the points might show up later on. I know when I fuel that other locations as well as pilot Loves TA etc. the points are instantaneous once you’ve fueled up and put on your card instantaneously. On the other hand, the general store appearance was neat, clean and organized as well as the bathrooms in the fuel islands. There were no paper towels at the fuel Island.

We stopped here for fuel on our road trip from Williams to Vegas. Grabbed some coffee for the trip and they have the best selection of pastries and doughnuts. The next time I'm back in America, I will seek out these gas stations purely for the coffee and pastries. The little things in life ?

Usually I'm pretty impressed with Mavericks but this place really sucks. The bathrooms are filthy all the time they're dirtier than the outdoor public restroom here in Williams. On top of that they'll have posted prices on their cigarettes that they won't offer you as they are required to by law. And more often than not the cashiers are rude they treat people like we're bothering them instead of them being there to serve us. It's really too bad because like I said this place has cool products good food but the absolute disgusting bathroom and the poor customer service doesn't allow me to give this place a good review.
