Update 9/24/24 I used my store credit to first order a small order . Everything was good with colors. I next ordered the same batch but larger. The colors matched perfectly and i was happy with the order.

I actually went into the store to make sure I did everything correctly because this was my first time at their business and ordering a gang sheet. They were very helpful with the process. I asked lots of questions. I even showed them one of the prints that I had from somewhere else. As you can see from photos, what they supplied me with was grainy and the colors didn't match. They offered to reprint and try another machine of theirs, but I asked for a refund. Because it is custom DTF's I cannot get a refund and I understand that, but that was not a printing error on my part so I took Store credit because I did not want a reprint. I also ordered one other print of something else that had a background on it and they opted to take the background off. They told me next time to put notes that I wanted the background. I assumed if I uploaded a PNG file with a background, that's what I wanted. But they offered to reprint that and even though I feel like I should've gotten a refund, I will take this credit and give them another chance.

I've ordered DTF from here twice and was hoping this would be my go to for my business needs but I would never order from them again or recommend them.

The images on my transfer papers were all grainy and I thought my images were pixelated or something but they're not. All my images were 300dpi or vectorized and they still came out grainy. I asked them about it and they said it's due to the humidity in their warehouse and said they can send me another batch of transfer paper but it'll turn out the same. Then said I can't get a refund per their website, which was fine if they solved the issue on their end. Why would I want a second batch of DTF I can't use? I can't sell these or repurpose them for anything.

I ordered the same images from another company and they came out fine. You can also see how much darker the image came out on My Craft Sources's transfer paper vs the other company. So save yourself money and time and get your DTF elsewhere.

Only getting a 4 because of online order confusion. Received emails stating my order is ready for pick. Drove 30 minutes to be told the order was not ready. Vinyl and images always look good.

I love my craft source usually have no issues with them but hadn’t ordered anything in over a year and just received my package. Not sure how it slipped by them in packing but one of my vinyls was stuck to the other. I was luck that it was only a corner so it didn’t waste to much but I feel like those kinda of things shouldn’t happen. Other than this experience I’d give them 5 stars cause pricing is great and fast shipping
