We had the best time staying here! Our tree house was very cozy and the staff were great! It is in the perfect spot of town. Every activity we did was about a 2 minute drive from our tree house which was very nice. Thank you for the amazing weekend! We will be back! ?

My wife and I just spent our anniversary and her birthday here and it was wonderful!! They were very accommodating and great communicators! The space was beautiful and the bed was comfy! Great night sleep and relaxing! Highly recommend!!

Edit: WHAT THE HECK? His response only proves my point. I booked through a site that they setup and approve but it is apparently my fault for not also going to their website and reading the fine print? This guy really needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. After reading reviews it seems he has called the cops on a guest for requesting a receipt and told guests that it’s perfectly normal for your room to be all wet when you check in.
He was about as polite and professional as his response to my honest and accurate review when he called and canceled my reservation.

OP: Very disappointed. I booked a room and received confirmation only to be told that I had to book a second night to keep the reservation. I understand policies but I shouldn’t have been allowed to book a single night if that goes against the policy. I spoke with a very apathetic person who was not very understanding or appreciative of the inconvenience that this caused and he simply told me “too bad”. If this is the type of service I was paying $200 a night for I’m glad I won’t be staying there. We will be choosing one of the many other options in Eureka in the future that will appreciate our business.

Im very disappointed in YOU!!! I called you to inform you of our policy if you would have look on our website it plainly states on all Holidays and special events two to three nite min you went through Booking.com which should have not let you reserve one nite stay on New Years Eve..I saw this and called you right away to inform you ..You were nasty on the phone and I tried to show some compassion by telling you its to bad the policy is like this I was note being rude but sympathetic so I was not being apathetic toward you...Again I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.but next time you give a business a one star let make sure you get the story straight ...

The "treehouse" cottages were adorable! Clean, beautiful rooms. I would love to live in one! Nice view into the woods. The only drawback is they are close enough to the road to hear road noise.

It was beautiful. We saw two deer near our cabin. So peaceful and private. We had a marvelous time. Thank you, Grand Treehouses, for making our 40th anniversary memorable.

Only real complaint was the wasps. Killed 6 of them and found another 3. You don't get a cabin at tree level and not deal with bugs but probably need to find where they are sneaking in. Place was clean and looked lovely. Minor nitpicks but if you're taller, you'll have a hard time with the shower and Jacuzzi. At 6'3 I barely fit. Could also use a sound system for some music. Overall quite lovely for a romantic weekend. Vastly superior to the Crescent hotel.

This place is enchanting! Nestled in the treeline. I think some fluffier towels would make the experience a bit more plush. And the ceiling fan had a clickclickclick noise, which meant no ceiling fan. Sad face emoji.

The stay itself was very nice. It was the checkout that really ruined the experience for us. I asked for a receipt that showed we had checked out and I was denied that which was fine but he was very rude about it and slammed the door in our faces. I was feeling rubbed entirely the wrong way so I called to leave a voicemail explaining that there's no need to be so rude as we were not rude to him and especially after we had spent that much money. He opened the door and threatened to call the cops on us. I don't understand where his attitude with us is coming from. We did not bother him for a single thing from him during our stay and we left the place as clean as we had found it besides a few dirty towels. We will not be staying there again based solely on our interaction with him and we will be discouraging our friends and family from staying there as well.
