Closing time states 9 pm. When we arrived at 8:30 the gate to the door was half down, so we stood there awkwardly trying to get a worker's attention. We were ignored, several workers clearly saw us and avoided eye contact or coming close enough to be spoken to. We called out and asked a woman if they were still open or not as the half closed gate was confusing. She stated " we are closing in a few minutes sorry". Very rude, very unprofessional, and extremely lazy. I will be more than happy to spend my money elsewhere. Do better.

EXTREMELY RUDE WORKERS!!! EW if you hate your job just say that & find a new one!!! Went in looking for specific costume, when I asked the lady working she showed me the one they had in stock and I told her I was looking for something more appropriate that I could wear at my job and she LAUGHED IN MY FACE and said “well that’s all we have you can either check back or go somewhere else like spirit Halloween in Little Rock” then she walked off with straight attitude!! The other two customers that had came into the store the same worker was referring them to spirit Halloween as well. So save yourself some time and just go to Spirit Halloween in Little rock!! You’re welcome.

A friend of mine works here....this the 5th year they been open here(I think)...it is located directly across from F.Y.E. at the north end of the Hot Springs MALL. The rest of the year it sells wonderful shirts & other clothing....CHECK IT OUT!

Very disappointed purchased a child's costume.. the wrong size was in the package...pd 59.95, trying to support stores in mall.. absolutely no returns!!! so instead going to Walmart.. be very cautious...
