The staff was very friendly and polite. The doctor was very gentle to cause no pain and explained everything as he worked. He went over the X-rays in detail and discussed what work needed to be done. Very satisfied and made an appointment for my son. Exactly what we have been looking for in a dentist as most are rough and don’t seem to care how much pain they put you through.

I definitely recommend Vilonia Family Dental! They brought me to the room on time, were prompt with all the services, and the dentist took his time to make sure I understood everything. Heather was amazing to work with and everyone was friendly! All the staff were genuine with their care and commitment. It was a great experience!

I had an abscess with lots of pain, they got me in within a few hrs of calling. I was so embarrassed about the shape my teeth were in but the dental assistant was quick to respond with a comforting and positive response that made me feel much better. I had 3 teeth removed and the pain was minimal & quick, I was so surprised that he didn't have to do a lot of tugging which is the worst part of an extraction for me. The dentist & his assistant were very caring to my every need. They now have a lifelong patient.

Dr. Hambuchen is the first Dentist I have felt comfortable and, not scared, to go to an appt. I am a senior citizen but have had a real fear of dentists since I was 4 when a dentist pulled all but two of my top teeth and four of my bottom teeth then created false teeth partials for me - with NO anesthesia. I have talked to, or tried, two other dentist here and both of them either laughed at my request for gas for even my cleanings or used me as an example for smoothing out a tooth that was chipped without sedation in front of new hygienist in the office and they laughed when tears automatically came from my eyes after I asked him not to do that. I went to Dr. Buchanan and met his whole staff and I cannot express how pleased I am with EVERYONE in that office! And he has done, so far, two permanent bridges for me so far!
