Worse service ever! All the coupons you need an APP!!! Not one person would help me with that and one cashier even “shamed” me for not knowing how to use it! No wonder everyone goes to Safeway at least there is decent customer service!

Lucky's has always been a budget place, compared to Safeway and some of the more expensive alternatives in the Bay area. however that is no longer the case. They are now more expensive than Whole Foods and Safeway, so really there's no reason to go here ever. I am permanently retiring Lucky's from my rotation of grocery shopping.

What's up with blocking the whole front of the store with a gate? One small way in. And they no longer have carry baskets if you just want a few things. I shop there alot but this is ridiculous.

Useless. During the time of covid delta, I walked into lucky, no staff at door checking compliance, no one at customer service desk, after standing around for way longer than a few minutes a younger bagging techncian, clearly irritated by my standing mask less and quizzically gesticulating my need for a mask in order to comply with govt mandated edicts as well as keep lucky from being fined for failing to give 2 flying f"s about anyone's safety; I was told they have no masks to provide me, they won't sell me a mask, and for me to walk to CVS. I explain that I'm not from here and ask for directions. They say they don't know where CVS is... it's half a mile. Really? I see your priorities reflect- er.. reflect... wow I guess something, but what? Poor service or uselessness. I don't even know why I'm wasting time writing this. You deserve 0 stars. Sorry. After normality is re established and if you still exist I'll try again.
