I brought my 30 year old jacket in for a repair of the pockets. I got it back and they had painted the jacket. They didn’t off to give me my money back. This was a worn jacket from 30 years of use.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. I have been going to see Shay for the past 6 years and she has always taken care of me above and beyond. Wether it be she stays past her business hours or the speed of service, she never fails. Her workers are always fast and diligent and she will always make sure you are taken care of to your satisfaction. Pricing is more than reasonable. This is all without mentioning how much of a kind and caring person she is. She always has a story, always has a smile on her face and I always look forward to seeing her. You're the best Shay! Always recommend this as my go-to tailer and dry cleaners!

The owner is very nice and friendly. I have been going there for years. the service is very good and prices are fair. I have had many large bulky items dry cleaned there. I have had many alterations done, too. I like the welcoming and friendly service a d that has brought me back time after time. there is always parking available. there are several other s.all business in the shopping center. I highly recommend Briadmore Cleaners & Alterations.

came by for hemming jeans and was charged $14. they were able to get the length right, but the hemming job was very crooked… they also did single stitch instead of a typical chain stitch for jeans.

THEY DRY CLEAN MY SUITES AND THEY RUIEND MY PANTS AND MY BELT. I ASKED THEM IF THEY CAN DO MY BELT THEY SAID THAT THEY CAN DO. WHEN I GET THERE THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO TELL ME THAT THEY RUINED IT. WHEN I GOT HOME I SAW MY PANTS. I CALLED THE OWNER AND SHE SAID THAT THEY'RE NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT HAPPENED. IM SO UPSET THIS IS NO UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME WITH THEM AND NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I had recently went shopping for new school clothes two weeks ago and needed my new jeans hemmed. The jeans are very nice and expensive jeans that I wanted to wear for the first day. I was procrastinating to get them altered and waited until the very last day of summer to get them altered. I searched up a place near me that could do them, luckily for me this place was 10 minutes away and had super good reviews. The two ladies working there were super sweet and kind and very great at attending their customers. They got my pants done for me in just a couple hours, just in time for me to wear the next day for school. They looked brand new and fit me perfectly. I got the regular stitch for 25 dollars which was an amazing price for their customer service and the amazing job they did on the pants. Super good prices and very good customer service and just overall an amazing place. 100% recommend, will totally be going there again.

This very friendly and efficient neighborhood. Cleaners is amazing. They do a great job on dry cleaning, but their alteration component is so convenient and so well done. Most of the time garments are returned, altered before the promise state. Shay, the wonderful woman at the counter, greets every customer and moves as fast as she can.
