Got called in to work in equipment for National guard, called ahead to try and check for parts availability, workers didn’t know anything about what I asked and when I called letting them know I’d be arriving 5 minutes after they closed they could not be bothered to stay open just 10 minutes to help out in this emergency situation. Honestly after hearing how rude the grunts at this shop are for leaving exactly at 4pm I don’t think I’d ever bothered enough to do business here.

First time bringing blades into a store for sharpening, had a double blade and they were still attached together. Did not know this would be an issue as it’s my first time and I am unfamiliar with the process. I then received horrible service from a female employee who asked if I would like to buy a wrench sarcastically and rudely. She then sharpened the blades without detaching them and shoved them into me. 10$ per blade and the results as you can imagine were terrible. Do not come here for any employee service.

We drove all the way (2-1/2 hours) to this particular hardware store because they were the only ones that had a particular Sthil weed wacker that I wanted to purchase as a birthday gift. It is a very large store. It is neat, clean and well organized. They have all kinds of really cool stuff. I could have spent a couple of hours in there just browsing. The gentleman that helped me was very nice. I only wish it was closer.
