We recently rented Insidious Manor for a friend’s birthday, and even though her birthday isn’t near Halloween, it was the perfect venue for her love of all things spooky. The ambiance alone made it memorable—no decorations were needed! We just set up some tables, chairs, and fun games, and the atmosphere took care of the rest. Our friend had an unforgettable birthday, and we couldn’t have picked a better location.

Insidious Manor is more than just a place/house—it’s an experience that lingers long after you’ve left. The first time I set foot inside, the atmosphere swallowed me whole. It took me a full 40 minutes to escape the grasp of the first room, not because of fear, but because every object begged to be questioned. Strange, obscure artifacts filled every corner, and my curiosity spiraled out of control. The homeowners, with a knowing smile, seemed delighted by my relentless inquiries.

As I moved deeper into the manor, the second room was even more unsettling. There were many peculiar objects to focus on, but one stole the show—a casket, standing ominously alongside the wall, commanding attention. Yet, the night’s true spell was cast when I found myself outside, in front of an enormous stone fireplace. The flames danced and cracked, hypnotizing me for hours as the pleasant sound of burning wood filled the night. Time blurred, and I felt lost in the flickering light, unable to pull away.

Parties at Insidious Manor are not just events—they’re unforgettable, one-of-a-kind immersions into the strange and the surreal. Each moment feels like it belongs to a world where the rules are bent, and you can never quite shake the feeling you’re being watched.

We hosted a gothic-themed baby shower for my daughter at Insidious Manor this weekend, and it was everything she had dreamed of! As soon as we saw the pictures, we knew it would be the perfect location—spacious and wonderfully gothic. The best part was how little we had to add, since the hosts provided so many unique items that made for fun photo ops and unforgettable memories. It was a truly one-of-a-kind experience, and we’re so glad we chose this venue!

Spooky. Fabulous drinks. Amazing ambiance. Friendly hosts. Definitely recommend. I find it delightfully unlivable here in this ghostly retreat. Every room has wall-to-wall creeps, and hot and cold running chills.

So there i was, driving my jalopy through the vastness of the california desert, half parched and lamenting my lack of the macabre in my life when a beacon of shadow and darkness pierced through my soul and beckoned me to the fiery circle of what can only be described as some of the best poor decisions of my life. The bartender makes drinks that only the most seasoned veterans of dank hole in the wall bars would ask for and the truly insane would desire. The fire dancers only singed off a half of one of my eyebrows and the raven that stayed perched over the front door, though unsettling, was well trained the squawk out, “Nevermore” whenever a jehova witness or postmates had arrived. I found the collection of shrunken heads accented the various photos of victorian era graveyard pictures quite nicely.
If you find your soul heavy laden with the worries of life, may i suggest you stop by for a shot of mallort and a pat on the back. I would add a 6th star if i could!

Very spooky place, friendly hosts as well. Be warned there is a fat little kitty who will like to be on you. 10/10 experience though
