Store is very clean and service was great. We stopped for the thrifty ice cream and they didn’t disappoint as they had our favorite flavor, chocolate malted crunch. They even sale the ice cream scooper there. Love it!

No Customer Service at the Pharmacy Whatsoever

This pharmacy has no concept of customer service. I drove through, pushed the button for help, but nothing happened. No light, no buzzer, nothing to indicate that the pharmacy had been notified that I was at the drive through. I waited three or four minutes, and still no response. I tapped my horn politely and one of the women inside caught my eyes and then looked away without acknowledging that we had made eye contact.

I drove around and went inside and asked the pharmacist, Tan, if they are aware when someone is in the drive through, and nonchalantly he replied, “Yeah. We know.” I then asked if, with a total of six persons that I could see working, could not one of them wave or somehow acknowledge to a customer at the drive through that the pharmacy knows that the customer is waiting? Completely missing the point, Tan flatly replied, “Three or four minutes is not that long to wait in the drive through.” Then a young woman muttered something under her breathe, which I thought was incredibly unprofessional.

Tan filled the prescription and then droned, “With all of the pharmacies being closed, we’re really busy and we all have our attention focused on what we’re doing and not on the drive through.” Is this an apology or an acceptable explanation? I would say neither one. What passes for customer service at this pharmacy, or even common courtesy, is appalling. Avoid this pharmacy, inside and out, like the plague.

Ironically, the associates at the front of the store are always upbeat and personable, which is such a contrast to the robotic indifference or muttering surliness of the pharmacy staff at the back.

The management is terrible and always dirty. Their drive-through person is always less than professional. In my opinion, as they undergo reorganization, they will be heading towards BK.
Also, their head pharmacist ayes games with your prescription instead of feeling it complete; he breaks them down into two or three monthly refills to create a deductible profit center

Staff could be alittle friendlier especially working in customer service. I have given many reviews and never a bad one . But after the second time from the same employee I felt I had to leave a review.
Overall the store is great and has all your neighborhood pharmacy needs. In my opinion they need to retrain staff in proper customer service.. she would definitely never be hired to work for me. I really don't want to address the whole staff for 1 employee either. But it was an awful experience thinking of changing to Walgreens alot nicer..

Eric in pharmacy is phenomenal. Highly recommend going to this pharmacy just because of the servicehe provided. He helped me be able to afford the medication I needed to get. Thank you Eric! You're a heaven sent! God bless you in all you do!

Marissa in the pharmacy was the best thing that happen to me, dealing with JFK was the worst experience, Marissa knowledge was superb and she made everything easy for me to get my prescription filled. Thank you Marissa, there should be more people like u and maybe other pharmacies would get a great review, if I can give u more stars I would give u 100+ stars. Thank you for your help, I appreciate you very much.

If I could rate this pharmacy a Zero I could. I had an appointment for a Covid test on Friday, 10/21 in preparation for a surgery on 10/27 so without this test my surgery would be cancelled. We went through the drive through and some young guy (1) couldn't find the appt even though I had the confirmation number on my phone and was reminded at least 3-4 times of this appt and (2) He apparently didn't label the test tube so the test was not performed by Quest Diagnostics. Yesterday I logged into Quest to see if my results were there and it said "test unlabeled".
I called and spoke with someone in the pharmacy who took absolutely no responsibility for this absurd error on the part of one of the pharmacy employees, said "I wasn't here that day" and told me once it leaves there they have nothing to do with the test! I had to scramble yesterday to find an urgent care who would administer the test so I could get the results in time for my surgery. I had to pay $60 which I didn't have to pay at Rite Aid because it was covered by my insurance. I feel Rite Aid should reimburse me for my $60 I had to pay out of pocket due to their ineptitude.
I called Rite Aid Corporate today and put in a complaint. I doubt anyone will do anything about this bumbling idiot who forgot to label the test tube with my swab in it.
I also had issues with Rite Aid in Wildomar when I was scheduled twice for my Covid vaccine and both times they said I wasn't on the schedule and refused to give me my shot.
I will NEVER EVER use Rite Aid again for ANYTHING. This company is completely INCOMPETENT.
