- Este restaurante se encuentra dentro del hotel Ducey’s on the lake.

- No me hospedé en el hotel, solo fui a cenar al restaurante.

- Ordené ensalada, pato y camarones.

- En cuanto al sabor de los alimentos te diré que en general es bueno. Lo que más me gustó fue la guarnición de champiñones, es una delicia.

- Es un lugar familiar con una bonita vista.

- Apto para niños.

- Tienen wifi con buena señal.

- Aceptan algunas tarjetas de crédito y débito como método de pago adicional al efectivo.

- Si tienes movilidad reducida y/o vas en silla de ruedas, te comento que el acceso y movilidad dentro del lugar es de dificultad media.

- El lugar se encontraba visiblemente limpio.

- La atención fue buena.

- El servicio fue rápido.

- El estacionamiento es grande y gratuito.

- Sugiero reservación.

Last night was the worst experience ever! We have eaten here a couple of times and it was great but not this time. We made reservations for 6 for 7:30pm. We were told the kitchen was a little behind which is understandable they were busy. We were sat and our waitress came to our table quicker than expected based on how busy they were. We ordered our drinks, appetizers and dinner all at once. Drinks and appetizers came fairly quick and the appetizers were amazing. I should have realized something was wrong when we saw a customer really upset talking to who I assume was the manager. Saw another table get up and walk out too. It was 9 pm at this point and we still did not have our food. We had a view into part of the kitchen and saw one of the cooks literally on her phone. We were about to ask for our check since we still didn’t have our dinner but all of a sudden it was being brought to us. Some ordered baked potato and apparently they ran out, but instead of being told and given an option they just brought us mashed potatoes. I was one of them and I took a bite of my mashed potatoes and they were so cold they were hard. My husbands rice was cold and my brothers burger was so undercooked. At this point I was so upset I refused to even eat any of my food. They took it off my bill and after all the other complaints they gave us 30% off. Kaitlyn our waitress was great and apologetic and made the comment that had been happening and all night and she wasn’t sure what was going on. She did give my husband free dessert. I know it wasn’t her fault and she handled it very well. But as for the kitchen staff shame on you for giving this restaurant a bad review and probably the loss of many customers and recommendations. I hope you guys get it together.
