Stopped by earlier last month as I was passing through Nor Cal, cute little shop with plenty of amenities, they offered classes which I wish I could have stuck around to partake in, everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming, and I was able to pick up some souvenirs for my partner.

I ordered fabric online that I really loved, unfortunately I never received it. After a month of waiting and multiple attempts to contact the seller about my order I decided to file a complaint through PayPal. I tried calling the store and no one ever answered. I emailed 3 times with no response. I think they might be going out of business so be cautious ordering online. Too bad because the fabric was really cute.

I ordered some fabrics online on 04.09.2023 and as of today (02.10.2023) my order is still pending. I reached out to the seller multiple times but never received a reply, so that I finally had to file a complaint with my credit card company. Online shopping at Sew Smart Supplies not recommended!

I only give one star because it will not allow me to give zero! I have been waiting since 5/19 for my order; today is 7/4/20. Tried to contact several times with no response. There was no delay in collecting my $ from paypal on the day I placed the order. When I finally sent an email saying I was going to register a complaint, I got an email the next day saying my order had shipped. Now 6 days later USPS says the label has
been created but it has not yet shipped. Never buy from Sew Smart Supplies!! I have never giving a negative review to anyone before this.

My first visit to this store was in search of a specific piece ombre fabric. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and committed to locating what I needed. Her friendliness, wide range of knowledge of everything from art/collage quilts to traditional quilting has me coming back for more.
No quilt snobery here, just good old fashioned customer service with a smile and a hug should the circumstances call for it!

If you need a Tula Pink fix or the Ghastlies this shop is for you! The selection of batiks, ombres, and Kaffe are impressive. Tammy, John, Joyce & Amanda are all great help with any needs. I will continue to support this local quilt shop

I enjoy sewing in your spacious store weekly. Having access to loads of fabric and sewing expertise allows me to complete beautiful quilts. AND TULA!!! Thank You Girl!!!
