"I purchased a trailer April 2021 - Trails West Santa Fe, 3h gooseneck. They sold it to me without the plexiglass inserts, which I asked about. MaryJane said ‘they’d have to order them’, knowing that my drive was hours away. Anyway - this is what the edge did to underneath the tail of my horse! I had to drive 1.5 hrs to the emergency vet because it nicked a vein that was spurting."

If you own this model - Santa Fe - please beware - one of my horses also hit his teeth on it. I found some door jam inserts from NAPA which self adhered to the edges. It won't work as good as the inserts, but it worked to transport the horses once!

About a month ago I came to this place , hoping to buy a horse trailer, but left with a sour taste after they ran my credit 3 times. The person so called helping , ended up telling me the trailer I was trying to buy , her boss sold it to a client. I couldn’t believe she didn’t even try to help get another . This isn’t my first or last new and used trailer I will buy . They won’t have my business. I’ll take it where they’ll treat me right and fair .

Buyers BE AWARE! These crooks use bait and switch tactics. Called them multiple times and their story keeps changing. Don't even get me started with in person visit.

Called about a trailer we were picking up and the lady was absolutely hateful and had a terrible attitude.The in person visit was even worse, still had a horrible attitude and had to ask for someone else. Don’t waste your time.
