They are still working out the finer details of this new business, but it’s worth trying out. My go-to is the chicken wrap + the hibiscus & strawberry moon carbonated drink. The other day they had a vegetarian spring roll (fried) special, and I got to say it was possibly the best fried vegetarian springs I have ever had from a food truck!

The wrap is tasty, not too large, with plenty of fresh vegetables and a chili sauce **note that a generous dollop of mayo will be added unless you ask it be left out.

The hibiscus & strawberry moon drink is scrumptious, but when I went back for a 2nd cup in the late afternoon it was sold out ?But on another day the special was honeydew ? melon boba tea!! Yay!!

This is a drive-thru with a dedicated parking spot next to the carwash. They have a “frequent flyer” program where you buy 10 meals and get a free car wash.

Nice selection of lunches, the Udon mushroom was great, and enjoyed eating the meal at the nearby park. Will have to try the various drinks and pork belly udon next time!

Saw this place have a 4.9⭐ rating and figured it's gotta be a good spot! Ended up getting a pork belly wrap with medium spice. I was hoping for more spicy cause it was more like a very mild spicy IMO. But honestly, it was REALLY GOOD anyways! Makes me wish I could try an Udon bowl. Oh well, maybe in the next 10 years I'll be back to try it again(from out of town). Definitely recommend it. The price and quality we excellent!

I wouldnt go as far as to say the food was bad, but I can confidently say that it wasn't "good". I got the chicken udon bowl. It was pretty much just cooked noodles, a few chunky pieces of chicken and some bell peppers and a small amount of sauce. I had to spruce it up at home to add flavor. From the other reviews it looks like maybe I should have tried the pork belly instead? If I go back and it's better I will update this.

First time visiting this area for work, I was on my way to the airport and wanted to grab something for a quick bite. Never tried Hong Kong style food so I went there and asked for some recommendations. The owners were super friendly. I ended up ordering pork belly wrap and Moon drink (freshly squeezed grapefruit + strawberry flavor) and to my surprise both the wrap and drink are so good! I don’t know how they cook the pork belly cause it was crispy and juice at the same time. The wrap was thin and slightly crispy (it was not like a tortilla). Wrap was generally slightly sweet with a bit of kick from the sauce. And the drink..fresh, not too sweet. Perfect meal before my flight. If I ever come back here, I am definitely coming back to try other stuff like their dumpling. This food truck must be new because I didn’t see many reviews for this place but they deserve many good reviews.

Got a pork belly wrap, fried rice, and pork potstickers. All were really good and with a good presentation. Fair prices and big portions. Friendly service. Took about 15 mins for the food which isn't bad in my opinion just don't expect super quick food. Their hibiscus red moon drink was also super refreshing and tasty.
