We love going there! The cashier Kelly is outstanding!! She is so helpful and goes beyond for everyone. I honestly go for her. She’s so happy and makes our day. She deserves a raise she’s just so awesome. Thanks Kelly!

NEW UPDATE:
The manager of this store has attempted to cancel my membership with Ace Hardware. I opened the case and the investigation is going. Got a new reward number for now :$ We will make ACE great again!!!

UPDATED REVIEW:

So I visited the store again today 12/02/24. The cashier when I come to check out is asking another associate to come and stay with her like I’m a treat to them. Go figure how much racism is going on here that I can be a treat to them just for pursuing my rights as Ace Hardware reward member.

Same story. They refuse to scan my reward cash back after I use a coupon. And this is only happening in this store. And eventually when manager had no choice other than scanning my code, the cashier is getting pissed off saying “why do you let him get away with this!” like I’m doing something illegal 🙂

The level of hate that some people have toward others is laughable. Sadly they have to deal with me from now on because I bought a property close to this location and I’m not planing to go to another store.

Will keep following up my complaints with Ace corporate to eliminate this issue for myself.

OLDER REVIEW:

Everytime I come to this specific store, I have to argue with the cashiers and the manager to force them to use my coupons in addition to my cashback.

And every time, the manager comes and says oh if you use coupon, you cannot use cashback. And I have to force them to scan my cashback to prove them that I can use a coupon and the cash back together.

You can only wake somebody who is sleeping, but you cannot wake somebody who is pretending to be asleep

Why do I need to argue with these people every time I come here for implementing his standard Ace Hardware policies?

I live in Dade City, FL very close to an ACE Hardware Store, I love to go there, everybody is very friendly, they help me to find everything that I need, and especially they don't make me feel bad everytime that I ask a question about something that I'm looking for, but I'm not familiar with.
From the moment you cross the door they greet you, to the people that assist you, to the cashiers, if it is necessary they help you to put heavy stuff in your car too, the experience is great, you leave that place with a smile in your face.

Needed a two step stool. They were out of stock, but the store had a couple for in- store use. The person helping went out of his way to check with store manager and got approval to sell me one of the store use stools, used, at a reduced price. A perfect solution for me.

It was a gentleman that worked there that was very helpful in helping me figure out the exact tool that I needed for a specific need and help me figure out my best options as to need and price budget I would recommend visiting this Ace hardware to anyone in need of exclusive help with their hardware needs
