Ace hardware is a scam. How many forests are cut down to mail out these worthless coupons. Spend $30 get $5 UNLESS one of the items is on sale. ANY on sale item cannot be applied towards the coupon. If you spend $100 you get $10 off coupon, BUT if the thing you need is say $60 and it, or any other item, happens to be on sale you have to spend $60 MORE to use the coupon! Talk about sticking it to the homeowner, this place has it down. Obviously corporate doesnt wince when they have to run to a hardware store and spend $100. They probably pay other people to do that stuff, but for the average homowner. ACE IS THE PLACE OF THE HELPFUL HARDWARE SCAM

The cashier Hayley is so rude she didn’t greet me after I spoke to her twice I asked her about my coupons and she rudely told me that she didn’t know if I could use it or not. I gave her my money in her hand and she returned my change on the counter even after seeing my hand out for the change then told me the manager was out to lunch once I asked to speak to the manager. ACE you need better employees.

Wide selection of hardware, paint and great customer service by knowledgeable staff! They rent
clean Rug Dr machines, which are hard to find. Always helpful and pleasant to customers!

Fist time going to this ACE hardware and can I just say please promote your head cashier. She has so many skills. I watched the line of 10 people accumulate behind me as she call for a price check she then order something for the back for another customer and rang out everyone in line before my issue was resolved by another staff member. She did it with a smile on her face. She made people feel good in a very stressful situation most people would have attitudes will make customers feel like they aren’t doing enough not Tameisha (I hope I’m spelling it right). She deserves every promotion she ask for because she is that girl very very kind and I will be coming back again.

More expensive then larger chain stores with less variety of items they carry. I was suprised when I went recently that they didn't carry cement dye. However they do have more variety of outdoor activity items compared to other home improvement stores and a seasonal outdoors isle that say now in spring/summer will have pool chemicals, some fishing stuff, and camping equipment. Where you won't find anything like this at home depot ever. They also carry higher quality paint then home depot or lowes in my opinion but with better quality your gonna pay higher prices. It's no use comparing what store is less or more expensive anymore cause everything nowadays is expensive. Better finding stores that have variety of items you are looking for with helpful & friendly staff & this store definitely has friendly & helpful staff unlike home depot where if you ask for help from someone it's almost always not their department & say they will get someone to help you. Then you stand waiting for 20min. for this person to come help you to only leave in frustration because your sick and tired of waiting.

The staff at this location have such great attitudes. The team makes you feel welcomed the moment you walk in.. I had a very positive experience with Steven in the paint department and the young ladies working up front. They happily accommodated my requests and really did everything they could to help, which I appreciate as a customer. Keep up the great work!!
