For Valentine’s Day, my husband and I enjoyed a perfect weekend at Addy Sea! It was cold and rainy but so relaxing. Our room and the view of the beach were beautiful! As always (this was our third or fourth stay at Addy Sea), the staff was courteous and welcoming.

I never missed breakfast because the food at Addy Sea is always delicious! Thanks so much for making our stay so wonderful!

Our first time to Addy and it certainly will not be the last. The ENTIRE staff at Addy Sea were wonderful and so accommodating. A beautiful location and a great jumping off point to explore other surrounding areas. Room was comfortable just be aware that the walls are thin and you will hear fellow guests moving and walking around, especially if you are not on the top floor in the Guest House. But that will not deter us from returning. We are hoping to return when the weather is more pleasant (we visited during the off season in Mid-February) so we can enjoy the beach a bit more. We highly recommend Addy Sea.

My stay at the Addy Sea was everything I hoped it would be. I visited out of season in January in the bitter cold with snow on the ground and yet the experience was magical. The location right on Bethany Beach is spectacular. I walked the beach every morning before the delicious gourmet breakfast. The room was clean, bright and had a sumptuous newly renovated bathroom. The staff was kind, welcoming and attentive. I would recommend Addy Sea for anyone looking for a peaceful or romantic retreat away from the hustle and bustle of life. I've already booked my next stay! Thank you Addy Sea!

We have come to Bethany Beach as a family for many years and stayed in rentals all around Addy's but never stayed there but I always thought maybe someday do it for a night just to try it. Then a few years ago we started taking a quick trip to Bethany in the winter but Addy's wasn't available. Then I noticed that they were going to be open in January so I jumped at it and LOVED every minute. The rooms were great and love they kept the old fashioned flair. Breakfast was wonderful, as a part time chef there Chef was on point. The tea time was cool. I am not a big sit around and read person but I had no problem sitting and looking out the window at the ocean all day. I am not a sit on the beach person, don't like the heat and sunblock so this was a great option. We will be back if you are open in January 2026. Hopefully this will be our new January away.

I stayed in Room 7 where I could watch the sunrise in cozy warmth. The wine and cheese I ordered for my arrival surpassed my expectations. There were so many fruits, cheeses and crackers. The variety and size of the charcuterie board enabled me to enjoy it both nights of my stay. Speaking of food, breakfast was delicious with Greek yogurt, berries, breakfast breads, quiche, sausage and potatoes. Afternoon tea included a delicious, right-sized desert as well. On my second night guests were provided with a hot chocolate bar with lots of fixings.

Overall, this Inn is welcoming, delightful and such a treat. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Addy Sea is absolutely beautiful and will not disappoint! The Inn is so comforting, the staff were amazing, very kind, and eager to assist. The rooms were beautiful, very clean and nicely decorated. The views from the porch and from the walkway to the beach looking up to the house are incredible. The accommodations that are offered, are like no other. Was down this past weekend for an event and what a great time of the year. The weather was perfect during our stay so that was just a plus. We will be back!

The historic inn is nicely modernized. Maintained charm from the original construction, but room was lovely; view was great; bathroom was very well done. Staff was gracious and made it a pleasure to be there. It was a wonderful experience!
