Overall a good experience. Laura was very personable and made the experience more enjoyable. Not a lot of fun sleeping hooked up to all those leads but I managed to get through it. Room and mattress were comfortable. I recommend this location if you need a sleep study.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish with my sleep study experience. The scheduling staff was wonderful, very friendly and scheduled me quickly. My tech Laura was amazing, very friendly and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend AdventHealth to anyone that may need a sleep study. Thank you for the experience!

Laura was very personable and accommodating. She explained everything well. The 4-star was because, in the middle of the night, there was loud conversation in the hallway about the Dolphins - maybe a phone conversation because I don't remember more than one voice. I don't know if perhaps it was actually designed as a part of the e study, but at the time it seemed to be an inconsiderate disruption!

If I could give negative stars I would. First, we had hurricane Milton coming and the front desk lady called me to change my appointment and said she had an appointment for that same day to come pick up my at home sleep study machine and I showed up at the right time and no one was there. I drove an hour for nothing. I looked at my email and it turns out that she rescheduled it again for after the hurricane about 5 minutes after we got off the phone earlier that day. She never called me back to say she had to change it yet again. I finally did the sleep study and as of tomorrow it will be one month since I’ve done the test and I still haven’t gotten a call back with my results. I’ve called 4 times and left 4 voicemails with all my information. No one have answered the phone or called me back. I even called the front desk and they couldn’t help me either. I love advent health but this is very disappointing and frustrating since we paid a lot of money.

Their administration is on-point. Yashira and Cassandra did an excellent job following up with the referral, scheduling me, verifying what insurance covers, scheduling me, and even squeezing me in immediately when there was a cancelation. Gladia is the in-person tech who is personable and explained the equipment well. I am impressed with the level of customer service. The device was so easy to use that I was able to put it on in the dark, haha, so that I didn't wake up my sleeping babies. It was not uncomfortable to wear the sleep kit, either. Best of luck to others.
