Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I went shopping with my family to look for new summer clothes and we asked one of the ladies working there if they had our size for something but instead of helping us she was blatantly rude and neglected us. We left the store without purchasing anything and later on when we were passing by the store on our way out of the mall, the same employee stuck up her middle finger and taunted us from inside the store. The manager was careless and watched the employee do that and laughed about it. Both of them have no manners and it was extremely unprofessional for them to do something like that. I love aerie and I always buy their clothes, it's very good quality but with the way I was treated I feel unwelcome and uncomfortable there now. It's impolite workers like these that negatively affect people's shopping experience. Please choose kinder people to work there who know how to treat the customers politely.

Walked in 5 mins to closing just looking for something quickly that I had in mind. The doors were wide open when I walked in, but the two girls that were closing both gave me rude looks and didn’t say hello or anything, to the point where I didn’t think they even worked there and I thought they were just shopping too. I had a pair of pants in my hand that I was planning on purchasing when I was rudely told that they close in 1 minute and I needed to leave with more rude side eyes. I put the item I was going to purchase back and walked out, they quickly shut the doors behind me. Rude and unnecessary. Whoever was on the closing shift on 3/30 needs a refresher on how to talk to customers.

Think of a team with no professionalism, friendliness, education and who don't care about customers, I was very frustrated and embarrassed by the lack of interest of these employees in helping me, I already had my arms full of merchandise and I simply left everything there. That's why people prefer online shopping, to not have to deal with debauched people who belittle customers, for me this store should have already been closed, we don't deserve to have to deal with despicable employees like these.

The manager is rude and super unhelpful. There was an entire rack of clothes marked “clearance” and another associate even told me the item I had was on clearance and when it rang up wrong the manager came over (after dancing around the store my entire time there not helping anyone and not helping to check customers out when there was a long line) and very rudely did not even look at me and denied they were on clearance. I told her the whole rack was marked so maybe they should fix that. Super unprofessional. Shop online until they fire this terrible manager!

I highly recommend this location, Amanda was super helpful and professional. My wife is pregnant and needed new comfy clothes and I didn't know what to pick up. Amanda was able to help me and save my life. Thanks again!

This store not only has great clothes but my daughter got the best customer service I have ever seen from MJ and Liz. We didn't even realize the store had closed because they were so eager to help my daughter find just the right outfits! If you want to feel like a celebrity book a private shopping session-amazing!!

great staff, great store. Amanda is stellar as is Lauriana and Shy. They always make sure I get everything i need. I will always shop here as long as they are there
