What a NICE experience, I wanted to purchase 10-20 waterboards on sale from Ally at Al's Sporting goods and was pleasantly surprised at how far she(Ally) went to ensure the absolute best deal for me...so I bought 50. Good product at a good price, but very poor shipping job. Packaging was very inadequate for the weight of the items I had ordered (steel targets). Box was just about falling apart when it arrived and very little paper stuffing inside that allowed the heavy contents to bang around inside causing scuffing to painted parts and tore up the paper target that was included. Disappointed in the handling of my purchase.

Awesome place! My son's school ordered spirit gear from here. I went in quite a few times to make sure I had my order right. Jim spent so much time with me showing me all of the products that were available to order for the team. I asked about adding numbers to everything and he told me it wasn't a problem. I had a large order and everything came in PERFECT! I was a HUGE pain in the butt with all the questions and being so particular, but everyone was very kind and patient with me until the end. I would HIGHLY recommend Al's for anything you need. They have great staff. I will definitely go back!

Review could be subject to change but I ordered something about a week or so ago and still haven’t received a tracking number. Kind of frustrating

* got my product but never got a tracking number so it was difficult to know when it arrived. Outside of that it was great prices and the right item.

What a great place to shop at and deal with.

I accidentally ordered the wrong boots and they instantly took my return and credited my card as well.

I dealt with Tanya and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with and so patient and kind with me. I sincerely thank her and the whole team at Al's.

I will definitely be buying from them again, and I encourage everyone else to do the same. You'll be 100% glad you did.

The customer service is impeccable! They had everything I needed for my 5’6 son. The prices are reasonable and the people that work their are patient and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel out of place there, all my questions were answered without judgement.
