My parents bought a trailer here for them to retire to starting this past year...I love it & the atmosphere of the neighborhood! It's definitely a win in my kids books! Here's so pictures from our visit on Christmas & some from this past summer! 10/10 would recommend this neighborhood!

We looked at PotNets and even put money on a property there. I never felt like it was the right place. When I found Angola Beach &Estates I immediately felt like the Community was my home. The Community of friends there are second to none. They truly are wonderful neighbors, friends and always looking out to make it a fabulous place to live. They honored our veterans with a beautiful memorial ceremonial breakfast, and created a memorial by the pond. We have a Community of caring people who love ❤️ to get together by the Marina. The Community is well taken care of. Happiest move I have ever made.

Buyer beware. Lot increased $200.00 since 2016. Can not get basic services such as trash taken on regular basis. Had to clean my trash cans twice this summer due to maggots. Added more homes on an already taxed well system in the beach section. You would think with the rent increases we could afford regular trash service. This is what big corporations due.... increase cost to consumer and cut cost to pad the bottom line. Then pass the buck to our park manager so we can have more turnover.

Just move here in November of 2018. So far the community has a lot of friendly people walking or on a golf cart. As far as rules they are there for safety and looks of the community. I don’t agree with all the rules but I live with them. I hope to here for along time.

One of the more nicer and luxurious mobile home parks of Southern Delaware: Great location, 2 pools, Boat storage, marina, this place has it all! I live next door to this place and it’s a wonderful place to live. If you’re looking for a mobile home but you want something a little nicer than the average Mobile home park, this is the place for you! Angola beach and estates is a great buy for any circumstance.

Purchased this as a secondary residence for the summer months. In the 2 years since we have purchased have had numerous sewage problems -very bad sewage problems, 3 managers in 2 years due to turnover, lot rent increased almost $50 in a year. Beware of the conditions of the trees. You do not own the land and they will not remove declining trees. But they will remove trees in good condition to clear lots for new homes. Would give 0 stars. Would not reccommend.
