I had an extremely disappointing experience during my visit. After waiting for 40 minutes to be served, I noticed the staff—mostly teenagers—standing around and chatting rather than assisting customers. When I finally asked for help, their attitude was dismissive, making me feel like I was interrupting their conversations.

To make matters worse, the pizza we ordered arrived burnt but somehow still floppy and rubbery. It was inedible and far from the quality I expected. The lack of professionalism and attention from the staff made the entire situation very uncomfortable.

This location desperately needs better management and training for its employees. It’s unacceptable for paying customers to receive such poor service and subpar food. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the experience for others in the future.

Our friends from Aston, PA has taken us to Anthony’s twice now and the Pizza is really good. It’s a thin crust pizza, New York style. We also had meat balls for appetizers, which were yummy. We like sitting at the bar so we can socialize with Bill and Martha’s favorite waitress Maddie Sullivan. If you sit at the bar Maddie will give you super service!
Anthony’s is the go to Pizza place on Wednesday’s for happy hour !
Go visit, you won’t be disappointed!

Thank you is not enough. Not only is my belly full but i can barely walk. I have had the best restaurant experience and its getting hard to come by such experiences. Loved the meatballs, Fettucini Alfredo was DELICIOUS, i LOVE the italian lemonade, its just right, not too sweet and not tangy either. I'D drive a long distance just to eat here.

Visiting the area and stopped in Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza. Seated right away. Ordered large regular pizza. The crust was thin and had the coal fired taste and crispness that I love. It also had unexpected dollops of sauce on top which made it even better. Service was great too; price was reasonable.

Stopped by with a colleague for dinner. Had the buffalo wings and the pepperoni pizza. Wings were good, sauce was on point. The pizza had the charcoal oven taste, but the sauce was a bit watery and there were chunks of uncooked tomatoes. All in all, a good, casual place. Pretty crowded on a Wednesday evening.

I'm sorry to say that Anthony's in Wilmington De has really gone downhill. We absolutely love that place but the last couple of times we have been there, it has really changed. Last night, the pizza was just ok. Toppings were not cut well or on the pizza evenly. The Classic salad was not good. It had 2 huge lettuce stems in it. The lettuce wasn't as fresh or cut as nicely and it had way too much dressing. Our server couldn't get rid of us fast enough. We were still eating and she wanted to know if we were ready for dessert. I am so disappointed because anytime we went there, it was always great food and service. We knew what to expect. Also, the floor is not very clean. I don't know what has happened.

We ended up getting the fettuccine Alfredo and the spaghetti and meat balls. So delicious. Not bland at all. Some places are so disappointing but this surpassed my expectations. I also got the pumpkin cheesecake and it tasted like my mom made it. Absolutely delicious
