Great quality clothing and excellent variety for women's. Located closer to the Escalator and Nordstrom entrance/Parking. The food courts is also few steps away. The quality of the clothing and price is set right. The staff is friendly and assisting. Great store worth visiting in KOP mall.

Nice clothes and probably a great place to purchase a capsule wardrobe as everything seems to coordinate with everything. I find the prices to be a little on the high end, but not sure that the clothing warrants that. I have to see how things are after they are washed. The store is laid out well. There are some palces to sit and a nice dressing room. I give it 4 stars because it only seems to cater to people who are slim.

If you are not in your 20s and 30s, you will be looked at like you wandered into the wrong place. Once I told them I was shopping for my daughter, they were relieved.

I visited this store today and had a disappointing experience. First, I asked an employee for help, specifically describing the size and style of jeans I wanted. She gave me something completely different and then walked away without checking if I needed anything else. Second, while waiting in line, I noticed that other customers behind me were being assisted more than I was, even though I was ahead of them. It felt like I was invisible. I understand prioritizing certain tasks, but the lack of attention was frustrating. Really disappointing service at the King of Prussia location. I won’t be visiting this store again.

Normally I get 5 star service in this store. 8/10 times. TODAY no service. Sales people looked directly at me and did not speak. 4:05pm ish 9/24. I wanted to buy an outfit in the window. No one in the store offered any help or even a hello. I was actually shocked. I walked around the store a couple times looking for the outfit couldn’t find it. Looked directly at 3 different associates not helping any customers but not even saying hello to me. I expect way better.

Just went to this location today for Black Friday. It was hectic but all the girls there were so helpful and they really helped me make my decision. They were all so kind and quickly found items I didn’t even know I was going to like.

Asnobia should be the name of this store and for what, I don't know. No way to secure the fitting room curtain, no mirrors in the fitting rooms, men are allowed in the fitting area where you have to leave your fitting room to see yourself, snobby, rude, and useless sales associates who could barely be bothered to help or speak with us. Very good at looking down their noses at customers though. The clothing isn't special enough to treat potential customers the way they do. Couldn't get out of the store fast enough. Customer service is king, particularly in this economy. I predict this store will not be there long. Our money was gladly and graciously accepted at other stores.

customer service was disappointing and felt racist undertones in treatment. Store staff was particularly dismissive and not transparent.

I liked their jacket collection. Expensive but worth taking a look , who knows you might like them and they could be your style.
