Stopped by on 18th of september, great time visiting the store, the owner was very welcoming and shared an interesting conversation on the history of Drew Estate cigars. Just happen to drop by while doing some Christmas shopping around and so glad I did. The owner educated more in 5 minutes than anywhere else. I will definitely return as I was not intending to buy but end buying a few sticks per her recommendation after listening what I liked.

The lady working was extremely informative help me through every step, considering that I’m fairly new to cigars, very professional, and courteous answered any question that I had with the best of her knowledge will definitely be returning and there was a cute dog.

A cool little stop close to the beach with a decent little walk-in humidor full of options.
I had read some of the reviews beforehand and saw that the owner was apparently a nice lady with a vast amount of knowledge on cigars & eager to share her wisdoms & passion with any customer willing to listen. So I thought that was well & good and I'd check the place out next time I'm in the area.
So I finally did, and I'll extend an olive branch to say perhaps I caught her on a bad day.
The place wasn't busy. Just one fella relaxing in the lounge area, & one who walked in as I was checking out. That being said, she seemed to have little patience with me for whatever reason. I wasn't overly inquisitive, nor did I act like a know-it-all. I simply came in with an idea of what I wanted, and was open to try one or 2 others she might have suggested or hyped up.
I have only been into premium cigars for about a year now, and though I knew what I liked & what I wanted, I am not an expert at all the terminology & gauge sizes, so I didn't know Exactly what to say, but I described it to a tee.

I had bought that stick at least 10-12 times prior at Multiple different cigar shop locations, yet she INSISTED that it didn't exist with the torpedo tip or Whatever the term was. When I attempted to politely respond saying that I have in fact purchased & enjoyed that specific version of the Perdomo Champagne several times over, she got grouchy with me & once again Insisted I was wrong, then decided to stop being the "friendly" tour guide and I felt pressured to finish my search in the humidor and pay for the cigars she recommended, (which ended up being an unpleasant waste of money)..
As i followed her to the register, another man came in which she apparently knew and ended up chatting it up with him while I waited to be rung up..there were a few other cigar accessories I needed to get as well but I didn't feel like my business was all that welcomed for whatever reason so I bought them elsewhere..
I'm a pretty laid back guy who doesn't hold grudges, so I'll chalk it up to a bad day that we all face now & then, and perhaps I'll stop by and give it another shot some time in the future.

One of my favorite cigar shops. The selection of cigars is great and they've got any accessory you could need. More than that though, Wendy is great and can make excellent recommendations based off your preferences; she is a great conversationalist and knows the back stories of various cigars to draw you in even more.

Wendy has an amazing personality and her knowledge about cigars is second to none. Her relationship with cigar families and nuance will lead you to new favorites and broaden your appreciation for cigars in general. If you are in north Florida and looking for some good sticks this should be your first choice!
