such an amazing experience! This is my second night in a row back! the staff is incredibly nice and the actors are extremely professional and terrifying! 10 out of 10 definitely will be back again and again!!! If you are looking for something for all ages and that’s gonna get you in the spooky mood there is no better place!!

Had a great time. Staff were friendly and fun. Gift shop is very fairly priced and good isn't ridiculous either. Would suggest going early if you want to avoid lines.

Where do I even begin with this insane rollercoaster ride of a haunted attraction. From start to finish this masterpiece of an establishment of horror and orchestrated mayhem is mind-blowing. The sets, the actors, the staff are beyond words off the charts amazing. Don't even get me started on the amazing gift shop and the snacks. It is a heart pounding adrenaline rush from start to finish and can't wait to visit Arx Mortis again. If you want an adrenaline rush and one hell of a great time Arx Mortis is hands down the best haunt to attend. 10000/10 recommend

Best haunted house I have ever been to! The actors are amazing, stay in character, and give the best scares. Their costumes and makeup are so realistic and you can tell they enjoy their performances. The scenes are so detailed and lifelike you easily slip into this alternative reality. The staff is very friendly and the gift shop is loaded with unique items!

The experience can’t be matched, I highly recommend going, you will not be disappointed!

This was amazing. We love doing the haunted attractions. Halloween is our holiday! This met all of our expectations. It is such a unique and fun set up. The characters are perfect. The maze itself is well thought out. A lot of work has gone into it. I love that there is a family friend area so the whole family can enjoy the experience.

Work of advice… get the fast pass!!! It is worth it!

I have been to quite a few haunted houses over the years and worked a few as well. The best one I ever went to made me side step only one whole time. Most of the time I just kind of laugh going through them because the scares aren't all that great. Arx Mortis however had all the right things in all the right places. This is definitely the best haunted house experience I have had in over a decade. If a place can make me side step even once I consider it a good place. I actually side stepped a few times here. So this was hands down the best place I have been to so far. Try to keep your group small if you can as it is definitely more exciting that way.
Also the shops and set up before even entering is well laid out. I highly recommend paying the extra costs for the VIP pass and paying for your tickets online. Not only do you get faster access but you also have entry to a VIP lounge that comes with a complimentary snack and drink of your choice from the selection available. I would like to give a shout-out to Riggs. He actually made me side step before even getting into the place. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a scare.

I really enjoyed my time here. Environment was great, the main attraction of event; the haunted trail was amazing with the cast of characters making the much more immersive. However, when trying find out how to purchase secondary tickets for another attraction, no one who we asked seemed to know where it was or how to purchase tickets for it.
Now to be fair, we bought tickets online so we didn't go through the purchasing booth, but it seemed only one person gave as an (generic) answer. We never did get to experience it, before the area's power went out. (To no fault of their own)
