We lived here for a year and absolutely loved our time! It was a nice apartment, beautiful walking trails nearby, and the front office and maintenance were very kind and attentive. Wish we could've stayed longer!

Moved here 2 months ago and absolutely love it! The buildings are always kept clean, everything is brand new, neighbors are really friendly, and the apartment is big and comfortable. I use the gym at least twice a week, and its got everything I need so was able to cancel my membership and save some $$. Staff are super friendly and were great in helping me get settled in. Definitely recommend, glad I found my home

We lived here for two years and just extended the lease. The condo is light and modern, and we enjoy the huge balcony. The pool area, fitness, and clubhouse are gorgeous. I work from home and use the office facilities. It doesn't get any better.
When you need the office staff, Bobby, (Alex, and Ashtyn in the picture) will greet you with a smile. They are super helpful and always accommodating. Our Maintenance Manager Adam deserves six stars. He goes above and beyond everyday.

Astoria has been the best place I’ve ever lived in. It feels very luxury and I will be staying here for awhile. The amenities are super nice too! Also Emilie is always super helpful & informative every time I come through the lobby! You’ll fall in love with this place the moment you walk through the door.

I originally out a 3.5, but I changed it to a 4 because I felt that was harsh for something that isn't really the fault of the current staff. I've lived all over orlando since 2008. This city is ever changing Astoria is easily tied for my #1 spot. It's almost perfect for us. Close to one of my two jobs. Complex is amazing. Staff the best I've ever had. Here's my issue...my fellow neighbors, and for the record I've definitely had worse, BUT this is the kind of area/complex that I thought I would never experience some of these things again. Celebration is very safe and a lot of complexes, neighborhoods are not gated . It's so safe here I did not even realize that we did not have roaming night security or anything, but I wish we did. We have some people in this complex that I'm surprised the cops have not been called for loud parties and not only at their own Apts, but staying in or sneaking into the pool area after it closes attempting to stay quiet. One party I saw that happened during the day was so loud I thought the complex was having something for residents...until I smelled the weed. Now I love a good time, but I was just like man that's bold. Same with these awesome wrap around balconies. Have a little kick back, cool, but it's 1am and you only have a two bedroom, but it's at least 45 people in there lol. And it's just like nothing is done because those same individuals keep doing stuff. There was another thing with some neighborhood kids whose parents think it's totally ok to play in the complex busiest intersection and also use one of the parking lots full of cars as their own soccer field. Balls were getting kicked into cars. The second part stopped pretty quickly. I feel bad for the kids because they are just being kids. The adults need to take them to a park as thus complex has no green or park space to play. And I get it. It's apartment living right? There is going to be noise, misunderstandings, etc etc. That's why if I get to the point of saying anything, it's extreme. OH, people not picking up after their pets is a big problem here too. Like I said, things the apartment can only say "please don't do this," but that's it. You can't really monitor and regulate those things exactly. If they can ever get a handle on it, this place is more than a five star rating. Also, for context we are coming up on our first year. We plan to stay, but we know the rent is going to go UP because we moved in a deal/special.

Going on Third Year here. It keeps getting better! The office staff is helpful. Alex and Bobby keep things hopping. It’s safe, conveniently near everything Central Florida and a new shopping center opening soon very close. A nice place to call home.

Alex has been great. Has a great smile every time I come to the office. Keeping me updated with whatever is going on the community. He actually showed me around the property when I first arrived and was a good experience.

Staff have helped answered my questions and any issues with my apartment or things in the apartment are resolved in a timely manner.
