Es una gran disección, las habitaciones están súper sucias , yo salí hasta con hongos en mis pies de la bañadera , por que el plástico que ponen para no resbalar,al parecer no lo levantan para limpiar , cada vez que sale un cliente , el aire acondicionado, que uno respira súper sucio , tanto que se ve , porque el techo es bien bajito en el área de la cafetera y fregadero!!! No me quedo jamás en este hotel !!!! Y se que este comentario lo quitarán, pero me daré a la tarea de repetirlo cada vez que lo retiren !!!!

Este fin de semana estuvimos visitando algunos amigos y quedamos fascinados, mi familia 👪 por lo cerca a la playa fue una noche increíble, la habitación está bien el servicio estuvo excelente las camas muy cómodas, lo único malo es la carpeta muy vieja ,las cortinas muy anticuadas y sobre todo el toilet un problema porque es muy lento hacer que funcionará, lo teníamos que presionar dos veces, y la secadora de pelo ,esta sucia con restos de cabellos ,

Review: Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty

My husband and I have been celebrating Valentine’s Day weekend at the same hotel for about seven years, always booking the same room with the same beautiful view. This year, we reached out to make our reservation and explicitly mentioned our preference for the same room during the call. The representative assured us that they understood and would take care of it.

However, upon our arrival, we were dismayed to find that we had been assigned a different room. When we inquired at the front desk and spoke with the manager, they acknowledged our history of staying in the same room every year, which made it clear that the computer system had the correct details. It was frustrating to realize that the representative we spoke to should have seen this information and ensured our request was honored.

Instead of receiving a resolution, we were met with a dismissive response, stating that there were no other rooms available and that we had received a confirmation email, which seemed to imply that the mix-up was our fault. It’s disheartening to feel that our loyalty and trust in the staff were disregarded.

Moving forward, we will certainly be more diligent in checking confirmations, but it’s disappointing that we have to take such measures. After so many years of celebrating Valentine’s Day here, it’s unfortunate to see management handle the situation in a way that felt accusatory rather than accommodating. We hope that future guests will have a better experience, but for us, this may have been our last visit.

Stayed at this hotel for a recent conference and the food catered by the hotel was excellent. Lots of variety for breakfast and lunch and all the staff working were amazing and friendly. The hotel itself is dated but is in an excellent location with water front views of the ocean and in close proximity to the boardwalk, numerous restaurants and quaint shops. The rooms are a bit of an odd layout as you walk into the bedroom portion as you directly enter the room and the lounging area is near the window. This led to a lot of noise from the hallway while sleeping. The rooms are very spacious but my only gripe was that the showers weren’t very clean and I had to rinse away a lot of hair from the previous users before getting in which was really unsanitary feeling. Still a great location and a great place to host or attend a conference or wedding.

One of the only oceanfront hotels in Rehobeth that is open during the winter months. Husband and I came for a quick weekend trip. We reserved the corner king suite, which was nice. The hotel could use some modernizing as it is out dated. The carpet in our room was ripped and the bathroom ceiling was rusted. The beds were harder than I prefer, but the pillows were comfy. Another disappointing thing with the room was the small and outdated TV and the balcony was super small. There were chairs, but it was really standing room only. Another annoying thing - outside of our room was a bright ceiling light which stayed on 24/7. The light came through the door at night. In another part of the hotel, there was a softer light on the walls vs the ceiling.
