We arrived and were met by a lady who was very rude. Her name was Bree! She explained to turn our phone in after we had done did a trade in a month ago, we would have to have our ID. I had my husbands ID and he was suppose to be added to the account a month ago when we purchased a new contract and phones. After today we learned he was never added to the account and we could not use his ID. We left and I contacted another employee there who was not on shift and she explained that they COULD do it without an ID. We turned around went back and told her what the other employee said and she stated, “I don’t know what she does, I just do my job.” Obviously she doesn’t know how to do her job because it is possible to bypass not needing an ID. Hayley James deserves a raise. She is the most helpful person there and was willing to help on her off day! There’s not many people who would be willing to do that.

Overall the store reps are very friendly, very kind & very very helpful. They are quick to want to help you & all the store reps have GREAT GREAT customer service skills. I would recommend AT&T, in Russellville, Al to everyone. THEY ARE GREAT WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS & VERY FRIENDLY

Long story- semi short!
My phone was stolen on vacation and the person who took my phone also accessed my phone and changed everything on my phone. I went into the store to attempt to regain access to my at&t account.

Hayley, was my rep that helped. Her along with everyone, manager included!

After spending 2 hours trying to get my phone number and account situated. Hayley had me a new phone, my phone number setup and was able to blacklist my stolen phone.

Highly recommend the store and the reps working there

The store manager Christopher at the Russellville, AL store is everything BUT professional. My daughter and I were upgrading two phones on saturday and we literally walked out of the store without doing business there and we will never do anything else there as long as his rude self is the manager. He told me "mam you have acted nothing but ignorant the entire time I have tried to help you today" What manager says that to ANY customer?!?!? My husband and daughter both were with me and they can attest I did VERY well with the jerk he was being from the very first moment I met him. I have reported him and the situation to ATT and will be in contact with his manager Shaun and I hope that Shaun will make some things right with this whole ordeal. I will tell everyone I know DO NOT USE Russellville At&t store you are MUCH better off to go to walmart and do your business AND you get better rates (It's a fact, next time you're up for an upgrade do it through walmart and NOT the AT&T store period.)

Someone should tell the curly top guy to put his phone down and pay attention to the customers. ATT will never get business from anyone I know if I can help it. He was rude and in attentive at the Russellville, AL store.
