I took my car in to Audi Gainesville for routine maintenance. Each staff member I encountered was friendly and quick to respond to my presence and make sure I was comfortable . The work was completed timely and I really appreciated the video update of the maintenance completed on my car. There was no pressure to do extra work. I had the pleasure of dealing with a salesman named Colton. I contacted Colton about a truck they had that was priced thousands lower than all the competition near me. I told this gentleman I lived 2 hours away. I wanted the truck. I wanted the out the door price. And I wanted it ready to go when I arrived there at the opening of business Saturday morning. From my first phone call to Gregg Green the sales manager in reference to a SUV that I had interest in purchasing to the delivery of the vehicle to my home which is 4 hours away from their dealership. Everything was professional, caring and friendly. Mr. Green was attentive , professional, respectful and kind .
