She helped us immensely during the search for our new home and went above and beyond finding us another home when our original homes completion date was delayed. We love living here and truly couldn't ask for anything more. From the office staff to the maintenance team everything and everyone here is truly top notch.

I had reserved a unit back in May/June, only to be met with uncertainty, ghosting behavior, and clear mismanagement. I was notified that the construction was to be delayed for my unit by Jennifer, and after asking for further clarification, I met Christina M. Without introducing herself and only confusing me further with pricing and the official move date, she ended up ghosting me for almost a month. How can someone give proper notice to their renting situation prior to moving to Avanterra if they give this runaround?

Therefore, I cancelled the unit and requested a refund, only to be ghosted further. Ultimately, it took contacting their head of HR & senior leadership at Continental properties, and having to draft a demand letter before they responded. Funny enough, after contacting their leadership, it took less than two hours for Christina to respond. Once my refund was received, I felt grateful to be out of their mess and will never consider renting from this management company again.

Advice:
If you decide to go with Avanterra anyways, DO NOT SIGN LEASE UNTIL MOVE-IN DATE. They cannot force you to sign it early, so dont get trapped into an agreement with them. As always, get a glass of wine and read the lease carefully to understand how you can be charged and locked in. Document everything they say, and watch out for 'conveniences' which are really just hidden costs or traps into agreements. Be cautious of this management company's tactics.

Avanterra Queen Creek is a beautiful community. We toured the 2 bedroom model, and I fell in love. Our leasing professional, Jennifer, did an amazing job with informing us about the units, the property, and the pricing. Although we decided to stay located in Gilbert, we would definitely recommend this property!

The worst customer service I have ever received. In June I reserved a rental that was scheduled to be done in October. Since then, it has been delayed twice with as little as two weeks of notification each time. They are now telling me December (almost 2 months!). I understand construction gets behind sometimes, but what made it unacceptable was that I had to reach out and ask repeatedly every time. Moreover, I was consistently brushed off and ignored with the excuse that they were short staffed. Save yourself the time and money: rent somewhere that will appreciate your business and knows how to communicate. Avanterra at Queen Creek clearly does not.

The community itself is nice. But there are so many issues.
Avanterra contracts with Dish Fiber which is terrible. You pay a "lifestyle fee" which is mandatory and includes this terrible internet. I lost hours of work that I had to make up because we had NO internet for an entire week; completely unacceptable.

It's Sunday and I would love to use the gym but the gates are locked with no staff in the office. We were never given keys or any access.

The trash is overflowing on the weekends repeatedly and no idea why management is ignoring this.

The office is closed half of the time so if you have issues, good luck getting a hold of anyone.

My boyfriend and I wont be moving-in for another week but I wanted to leave a review regarding the leasing process. Our agent is Jennifer Usher and she is absolutely wonderful. She has been so helpful, responsive and kind. The whole process has been so easy thanks to her. We haven’t had to communicate yet with the rest of the team but I can image they are just as amazing. We are so excited to be apart of the Queen Creek Avanterra community.

Jennifer is awesome and communicates very well and I would give 5 stars for her. The Manager is unprofessional and did not communicate well. I found the responses very short and rude. The application fees for me and my roommate were expensive. Over $800 expensive. Getting your money back from this place is also going to take them 14-30 business days for a check to arrive. Horrible standards. Horrible Prices.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Christina and Hannah!! They have both been so amazing and helpful. No matter what I needed or any kind of questions I had they were right there on top of it with calling and emailing me. I feel bad cuz I was like a pain in the ass lol with calling so much. I really appreciate all they have done and everything they do. These 2 are like superwomen running it all. They definitely deserve a raise!! They definitely made the whole move process so easy and stress free!! These two women are the best!!
